I ordered take-out and I was very impressed. The toro was so beautiful, I had to take a photo. The marbling was amazing and it was like smooth magic in my mouth. One reviewer said the sashimi portions were larger compared to other restaurants, and they were right. I had the best red snapper sashimi and the baby red snapper was melt-in-your mouth delish. I also had the black snapper sashimi which paired well with wasabi because of the smoky flavor. I am so glad there is a great sushi place near Highlands Ranch.

My first time coming to Asaka Sushi with my friend Tony, its always amazing and the quality fish is top notch. My friends and I come here once a week. The Sushi Chef Kevin is super nice, every piece is always fresh, soft and melts in your mouth. The staffs are friendly, great service, and the environment is nice. I highly recommend this place to any sushi lovers.
