Arva’s food was exceptional, offering flavorful, high-quality dishes. However, the service was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. We sat outside in a nearly empty area, so the restaurant wasn’t busy. Tannille, our waitress took our order and delivered the food but never checked back afterward, seemingly disappearing. To make matters worse, a manager was loudly interviewing for another job on the phone outside near my table, which was highly unprofessional. This neglect overshadowed the excellent cuisine. Improving service would greatly enhance the dining experience.

The overall vibe was relaxed and vibrant. The service was excellent with great timing. Among us we had the salmon, the organic chicken, and the lobster pasta. The food was cooked to perfection. Although our 92 yo mom said she preferred the salmon at Long Horn. The eggplant and zucchini chips were tasty and the dips were plentiful and yummy. Overall it was a great experience. I just keep thinking if I’m going to pay $75 for a ribeye that I should expect more. I can get excellent entrees with a great atmosphere for a little over half the price.

This is an interesting restaurant that is part Italian and part other types of foods. The place has a really nice atmosphere, both inside and outdoors. The restaurant ‘s waiting area/bar was beautiful. The service was top notch in that they have the patience to allow us to have a conversation before coming to take our orders. The dishes are tasty but the plating was interesting. All the entrees came in a bowl style plating. Overall, it was a good experience.

January 2024 the food was good and the atmosphere great. Everything improved a lot. Only the drinks are still a joke, they will push you to order drinks, many times and when you order you have to wait to long. Update April 2024 food is wonderful!!!

for the one time that I went, it was OK. I don’t understand what all the hype is all about. I guess it’s because it’s $2000 a night just to stay at the hotel but to me it’s all BS there are tons of better restaurants outside if they were smart, they would open that restaurant up to the public because when I was there, it was empty no vibe at all.

The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown. The dishes were bland and poorly executed, leaving me questioning if this was truly an Italian restaurant. If it was, it’s likely the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. To make matters worse, the prices were outrageously high for such low-quality food. Definitely not worth a repeat visit despite the great service.

Not only did we have an amazing bartender but when their kitchen closed they told us about Faces and Places that’s open later. This restaurant is first class and such a cool vibe. Would highly recommend because they are the real deal!
