If you’re looking for value for money, I recommend getting The Feast. It has two mains, rice, dessert and three toppings. It’s a great way to try out some of the menu items at a reduced price.
This is now one of my favorite restaurants in the area. It gets very busy on the weekend so if you order online or over the phone, add an extra 15 minutes to whatever wait time they tell you.
The daal was overly salty and tasted like raw masala. I don’t even know how that’s possible because it was cooked well. If not for the masala taste, the daal would have been fine, it just left a bad after taste. The chicken I was getting raw pieces of ginger in my mouth. Again. I have no idea how that happened because the chicken was fully cooked.
The naan was great though. Some of the best naan I’ve ever had.
When I called the restaurant, they told me I needed to drive all the way back, return the vegetarian dish, and then they would give me the chicken. Considering the long wait, the long drive, and the fact that the mistake was not mine, this response was very disappointing.
I also found it unreasonable from a customer service and food safety perspective to ask someone to bring food back after it has already left the restaurant. The staff said this was “management’s policy,” which makes the situation even more frustrating.
Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor customer service and lack of accountability.
> This was our first time ever visiting Taco Masala, and it will absolutely be our last. From the moment we walked in, the guy at the register was rude, dismissive, and had a terrible attitude. As first-time customers, we expected at least basic help or guidance with the menu, but instead we were treated like an inconvenience. He showed zero patience, zero professionalism, and no interest in helping us at all.
>
> His attitude made the experience so uncomfortable that we decided to cancel our order and leave before even getting food. That alone says a lot. No customer should feel unwelcome or disrespected, especially on their first visit. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this place failed completely in that department.
>
> We left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly shocked by the hateful and careless behavior we were shown. I will definitely be telling my family and friends to stay far away from this place. There are plenty of restaurants that actually value their customers—this is not one of them. Taco Masala seriously needs to work on how they treat people, because this kind of behavior drives customers away.
What truly stands out is the incredible bread they serve. Each bite is a testament to their dedication to crafting perfection. The tantalizing aroma and the delightful texture make it clear that their attention to detail is unparalleled.
One dish that I can’t get enough of is the Chicken Tikka Masala. The balance of flavors in this dish is nothing short of remarkable. The tender chicken, rich sauce, and aromatic spices create a harmony that leaves a lasting impression. It’s clear that the chefs at Taco Masala have mastered the art of Indian cuisine.
No visit to Taco Masala is complete without indulging in their Mango Lassi. Creamy, refreshing, and brimming with the essence of mango, it’s the perfect accompaniment to the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine. And speaking of desserts, the Julab is an experience in itself. The sweet symphony of flavors and textures is a fitting conclusion to a memorable meal.
The ambiance of the restaurant adds to the overall experience. The combination of warm lighting, inviting décor, and friendly staff creates an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
Taco Masala has earned its place as one of my top choices for Indian food. The consistent quality, attention to detail, and passion for creating exceptional flavors are evident in every dish they serve. Whether you’re a connoisseur of Indian cuisine or just looking for an exquisite dining experience, Taco Masala is an absolute must-visit.
The menu offered an extensive selection of authentic Indian dishes, showcasing the diverse flavors and regional specialties. The moment I took my first bite, I was greeted with an explosion of spices and aromas that danced on my palate. Each dish was a masterpiece, prepared with utmost care and attention. The flavors were robust, the textures were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was simply stunning. Whether it was the fragrant biryanis or the creamy butter chicken.
The service was exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were passionate about their cuisine.
Moreover, the restaurant’s commitment to accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences was commendable. They provided a wide array of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, ensuring that everyone could enjoy the flavors of India.
