Walking in we were greeting by the kindness young lady (did not catch her name) … It was my birthday and I was not disappointed!!! The food was amazing to say the least and our server (YETI) was beyond awesome. She was approachable,hard working and had the best personality ever. We will be back next week! This was our first visit to Art’s Skillet. Holly was our server. They were packed on a late Saturday morning. She was friendly, patient, attentive, & quick to refill our coffee as needed. Everything we ordered was beautiful and delicious ~ the surfers skillet, home run omelet, gravy, hash browns. The biscuits melt in your mouth! Stopped by here this afternoon 6/20 about 2:30 to meet one of my two sons for brunch. I have eaten here a number of times now. Expect great service, good food and exceptional prices. With today’s high prices it’s hard to find a place you can eat for around ten dollars, but you can here. Today I got the BLT Max with French fries and my son got a ham and cheese omelette with hash browns, pancakes and a side of bacon. I added a cinnamon roll for carry out for the wife at home. 40.69-tip These and other meals pictured below. “Navy Seal’s Skillet” Which was Bacon, sausage, ham, skillet potatoes, fresh eggs*, cheese with peppers and onions and topped with gravy . All for – 10.99 I got my eggs scrambled and some sourdough toast. And a piping hot coffee, which was quite delicious. My total price for the meal, was $11.98 what a deal. This breakfast was very filling, and will stick to my ribs half the day. Today my son had the “Ham & Cheese omelette and a half order of biscuits and gravy with toast and orange juice. His friend and I had the Cheese Burger and French fries. I had a Pepsi and the friend had milk. 48.76$ minus tip. Service is quick, food is good with an ample portion of food. A meal here averages about 10 bucks what a great deal especially considering today’s economy. The place has ample seating, tables, booths, and diner seating. A place everyone can afford. Great little diner, highly recommend, nothing bad to say here.

Got here at like 640 am. As a visitor, I looked at ratings and close to me. The food was delicious and timely. Many places overcook eggs when I say “scrambled soft,” but they did it right.

Service in this restaurant is bad. I went in and tried to place a carryout order and was told to go to the bar/counter area, where I waited and went and waited several minutes while several staff continued to walk past me without greeting me. I finally asked one if I could place a carryout order and she sarcastically told me she wasn’t working that area. I left. I also ordered Grubhub delivery from here before and they didn’t include my full order. There are too many restaurants to continue to support one who seems to not care about good customer service.
