Ok 1st time eating here and it was great. Personal pan pizza for the oldest granddaughter, we got the smoked baked potatoes which was good, we got naked chicken bites for the youngest granddaughter and they were a little hard but they worked. The atmosphere was pretty cool with a lot to look at and the staff was so great. We will go back when we come back to Blackwell because we live in Wichita and our youngest son lives down there

Got takeout to try the food. The building has good atmosphere and the person I picked the food up from was nice and answered all my questions.
I got the Rattler burger. It was okay. I expected it to be spicy but there was almost no heat. Neither the jalapenos or sauce were spicy. It did taste good but not give me the spice I expected from the menu description.
The fries were good but you don’t get a lot. I’d gladly play an extra couple dollars for more fries in the meal. Again, they tasted good but just not many.
I’m definitely going to try again (perhaps dine in) and will adjust my review accordingly.

We weren’t sure how or where to order.
1 menu in the bar where we sat, 4 of us.
No one working there was going to offer any advice as to how to order, or where to order. Honestly we weren’t even greeted when we walked in. It was almost like walking into a garage party that you aren’t welcome to. We figured it all out. Went up to the counter to order, at which point my 18 year old son was told to stand behind a line 4-5 feet from the bar to order his food. None of were drinking, just going through and wanted to give a local place a try.
All in all the food was very good!!
Service was decent when we figured out we were on our own….
The place is clean.
The atmosphere is definitely a small town bar, a little loud, and impersonal.

Arthur’s is a 10/10! It’s the perfect small-town bar with an awesome atmosphere. The bartenders are amazing—big shoutout to Mandy for always going above and beyond! Their menu is surprisingly large, and they’re more than willing to customize anything to your liking. Drinks are fairly priced, and it’s usually a relaxed, laid-back place to hang out. But don’t be fooled—on event nights, they definitely know how to throw a party. Always a great time at Arthur’s!

I live out of the area, but had followed Arthur’s on FB for a while. I finally had a chance to visit and the service was super-friendly, great food, and inexpensive pricing. I’m so glad I finally got to stop in. If I were local, Arthur’s would be a favorite place to for a burger or snack. Highly recommended.

We had our 40th Class Reunion at Arthur’s both Friday and Saturday evenings. There were at least seven other classes represented there on Friday night. Some of our classmates had been there before which is why we chose to have our celebration there.? Our out of town classmates were thoroughly impressed. With so many people there the food was still fabulous, the service for drinks was amazing, and the music was the best. They said we did a great job at picking the ideal place for our reunion. Thank you, Arthur’s !! We, as a class, will be back as a class in five years !!!

Searched for something to eat while passing through, and I’m so glad we chose here. Food was awesome and came out fast. We got the wagon wheel with mozzarella moons, cowboy bites, cow patties and dirty fries. All of it was good, but cowboy bites were the standout. Then we spilt Arthur’s burger and the rattler, both were very good. Arthur’s burger was aging though and my favorite of the two. All of that and drinks was very reasonable. Also they have a pool table and touchtunes jukebox.

Arthur’s is one of Blackwell’s best. If you’re traveling on I-35, it’s a short drive from the exit. Great food and cold drinks. The service and atmosphere are everything you’d want from a small town bar and grill. I can’t wait to go back!

Came here for the first time 2 days ago for 40th class reunion. Food was good service was good. Glad to be here and I’d come back. If you have a group call ahead. Very clean and way bigger on inside than it looks from the street. They have an outdoor area too.
