Rude owners it’s like they don’t want you there or your money.always seem mad and irritated , on the phone too.
Over 20 years of going there they are running out of chances to appreciate my money $70.00 to $120.00 don’t matter I guess.
And no it’s not us who ever picks it up they are rude to them too
No matter how busy you are or tired you put on a happy face or get out of the business

It’s the best pizza in NWI and it’s not even close. Their sweet sauce is second to none and all of their ingredients are always fresh. Whether you go thin crust or deep dish, you can’t go wrong. Their appetizers are very good as well. Every other pizza spot in NWI stinks. Being from the Chicago area, I became spoiled. When I moved to Indiana, I couldn’t find any pizza that was even decent. Arrenellos is the best in the area. Period.
Only con – their delivery takes a very long time. But I’m sure that’s just because they’re so popular.

The woman answering the phone needs to take courses in customer service. Called to place an order, was advised pick up time and advised her one hour and 45 minutes is too long. I advised her I’d like to cancel the order and she hung up the phone. Won’t be ordering from here any longer.

The food from here is always good but their customer service has severely dropped in years. It’s always unpleasant to call and order a pizza on top of always being placed on hold with no interaction for 10 minutes without anyone even greeting you. Linda is the owner and this reflect her management of the establishment.
