We Look Forward To Every Year
My boyfriend and I been coming to Aroma Latin Fusion since 2022, and it has truly become one of our favorite place to visit . Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back year after year. The food is always full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and made with so much care. You can taste the love in every bite.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff always makes us feel welcomed. Whether it’s trying something new or going back to our usual favorites, the experience is always amazing.
If you’re looking for a place with delicious food, drinks & great vibes, and consistency you can count on, Aroma Latin Fusion never disappoints. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Let me start with the service was horribly slow. We sat down and waited 10 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted a drink and brought us water. Then waited another 10 minutes for a soda. Took our appetizer order then came back 30 minutes later and said can I take you main orders. We got the bandeja paisa and crispy ceviche (big mistake). 10 minutes later they brought out the 2 empanadas. They were ok. Presentation is nice. Then 30 minutes later about 40 minutes after ordering we got our entrees. Presentation is great but taste wasn’t there. Bandeja paisa was decent. But the crispy ceviche was horrible. Menu didn’t explain well. It’s fried fish, shrimp, calamari and some red onions and lime juice. I wouldn’t call this ceviche at all. It was barely touched. Hot fish and “ceviche style” veggies didn’t mix well. Took forever even to get the check considered walking out so many times just didn’t have cash to pay, really just wanted to walk out without paying really didn’t feel like the service nor the food was worth it. Waited 40 minutes for an appetizer.

This place is beautiful and food plating is very pretty but the food “taste” is okay. It didn’t leave us wanting more or wanting to try anything else or saying “this is so good” – nothing. It was just okay. Our first time here and I don’t think we’ll be coming back. My husband asked for med-well and he got well done & a few burnt pieces.

This was my second time visiting this place. During my first visit, both the food and service were better than they were tonight. Despite having two servers working, I’m not sure what went wrong. The quality of the food was disappointing, and the service was extremely slow and inattentive. My steak was very tough, even though I ordered it cooked medium, and I was initially left to cut it with a butter knife. I was finally able to get the server’s attention to receive a regular knife. Several customers were also left waiting a long time to be served at their tables. After tonight, I don’t think I’ll be returning—although the decor inside is beautiful.

Food: Amazing! Love the quality and portion size was good as well. I will go again just for the food.
Price: Little expensive I would say especially the appetizers.
Also, they sometimes bring glass water bottle without informing you that they will charge it. So, confirm with the server before opening the fancy water bottle unless you don’t mind drinking bottled water and not tap water.
Service: The servers were nice however they didn’t have enough servers even on Saturday very busy time, so we had to wait long time for everything! It’s not the servers fault, it’s 100% owner’s or managers fault for not having enough people on busy days.
Atmosphere: Environment is great. Nice decoration. Perfect for couples, friends, family, even for professional gatherings.

Use to love this place would drive from Fredericksburg with my wife just for lunch or dinner would easily spend 100 bucks here. The food was decent. On 1/18 we went for brunch set at the bar ordered from the bar some drinks, appetizers and takeout for dinner later. We get back to Fredericksburg and noticed They forgot to put the empanadas that we also ordered for takeout in the bag. Since we lived in Fredericksburg we weren’t going back for 8.00 brunch empanadas.
Key in today 1/23 we went here for dinner told them about the missing food from Sunday that they forgot to put in our bag and as a new customer what would they do. Absolutely nothing! He acted like we were trying to scam?? He said the waiter left and they would have to investigate??!! For 8 bucks?! We ordered drinks but cancelled them went to Firebird next door instead. Strong believer in supporting local but never again this one. Between Taco Bell and Aroma I’d take Taco Bell. Probably treat there customers better. Lost my business!

Tried this restaurant for my friend birthday. The atmosphere is very chill, and the music is awesome. We had a great waitress who was very helpful in navigating the menu and extremely friendly. The classic ceviche and the pork belly ceviche was amazing. The empanadas were good also. The drinks were ok, my friend cranberry martini was a bit sour and the wine was just ok. The main course I had was the pesto Alfredo with a ribeye. My steak was pretty good, cooked well, but my pasta was a tad bit bland. I still enjoyed the restaurant and would try it again.

Hands down the absolute best food I’ve had I think in my entire life. Scallops were the best I’ve ever had the prosecco was amazing, I honestly am sad I don’t have room to eat everything 2x!! The staff.. love their uniforms and attention to service. Excellent excellent excellent if you are considering just go. You will not be let down. My new favorite spot. Not your typical Latin fusion spot, best for last, ITS ALSO AFFORDABLE!!! Bottle of prosecco and 2 apps and our entrees for less than $100 will be back 1x a week minimum

Overall, the experience was okay. The issue was the service. Our server didn’t check on us after ordering drinks, splashed grease on my husbands brand new dress shirt and my purse, didn’t check on us during dinner then broke our plates after trying to clear our table. The manager did come over and apologize and offer a $20 gift card for next time but there was no compensation for the current $110 bill. The atmosphere and food quality does not match the service.
Overall, the food and experience was okay nothing exceptional for a return visit.

Today visited Aromas restaurant with my service animal and was surprised by the lack of accessibility for people with disabilities. Despite the law requiring businesses to allow access to people with disabilities and their service animals, the restaurant staff told me I could only consume outside the premises, not inside.
This was not only inconvenient, but it also had a direct impact on my health. I felt disappointed and discriminated against due to the staff’s lack of understanding and training on accessibility and inclusion. It’s essential for restaurants to take steps to ensure all customers, including those with disabilities, feel welcome and can enjoy their services equally.
