I waited in line for 20 minutes with only one car in front of me for two 24oz rushes. The last three times I was there it’s not busy only one or two cars in front of me and I ended up waited 15 minutes today and left the line. I recommended going to the naples one. Very disappointing the staff weren’t t thrilled to be working there. I don’t do bad reviews often I love aromas but this location needs work

I truly hate writing negative reviews, but this has been a long time where the same issues have existed uncorrected, something needs to be done about it. It is truly, the slowest Aroma Joes I have ever been to, and it is sadly consistently slow. Ive never been to another Aroma Joes that takes 15 or more minutes to get through 1-2 cars ahead of you, who also are seen only being handed drinks and maybe a packaged snack or food item. Large orders I could understand. If every other Aroma Joes in the state can do it though, they can too. There’s just really no sense of urgency at all. On top of that, the lids consistently don’t fit right which may not be he employees faults, but they do overfill the drinks, in addition making it worse or maybe even causing the problem, they spill all over me, almost every time. It’s ruined so many of my favorite clothes, or near miss ruined them. I love aromas joes and would love to enjoy it and it be consistent when I go but it falls so short here.

I did a door dash for 2 different customer at this oxford location, and the wait time was crazy long. It took me 10 minutes to get to aroma Joe’s, and when I got to the window she said that the orders weren’t even ready.i waiting 30 minutes in line for 3 drinks. Even the kids that work their, seemed like they didnt want to be working. You need to get people that want to work and not stand around.

The staff is always so friendly. Food is yummy and the drinks are delicious! I am very happy that an app has been made for easy paying and that it allows us to earn points to get rewards and free items. The app also does special promotions and rewards fairly often too. I’m happy that there are two drive through windows, because it’s always rather busy! Pricing is reasonable. Hoping this location will eventually have the order ahead option available on the app.

Great place and great people. But no matter how many people are working, even if there is 1 car in line, takes 20 minutes at least. I am currently sitting in the line with 2 cars in front and 1 on the other side at the other window, and have been sitting here for 30 min. This location is the closest to me, but I would rather drive out of my way to go to a different location.

They do not have good service here. Half the girls have an attitude when you come thru the line, on top of having to wait over 40 minutes IN A DRIVE THRU LINE! Half the time your order will be wrong and they’ll give you an attitude about fixing it. Whatever man is working at this location spent a great deal of time on his phone while the lines on either side got bigger and bigger.

Sat in line for literally 20 minutes only to get up to the window and be told , I would have to go around to the other side now and get in line again, completely bad planning and Supervision!!! I left and will not go back to the Norway, Maine. One!!!!
