but then I learned of the buffet open during the week and on weekends for lunchtime only. I was shocked by the massive assortment of food items available. being a vegetarian myself I was pleasantly surprised to see a larger amount of vegetarian options and yes there are many meat options too. fresh naan, a series of different sauces and toppings and even a modest dessert selection, including the best gulab jamun in the city. Once again with sensational friendly service. This being downtown is also quite the treat. one of the few Indian buffets in Toronto. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and peaceful and I really have no complaints. definitely will be back many many times.
i’ve also ordered takeout via Uber Eats and received a plethora of delicious curries and wonderful pakora.
It’s real authentic Indian food. We tried the tawa mushroom mutter paneer with whole wheat tandoori roti and missi roti, and it was absolutely delicious!!
There was light Indian classical music being played in the background. The staff were super sweet, and I loved their hospitality. I am surprised that I didn’t know about this place earlier. It’s 100% underrated. I think it’s only because their location is not on the ground floor so it’s difficult to spot. But it’s a must-try if you’re looking for authentic Indian food in downtown Toronto
A big shoutout to our server, Peter — he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the evening better. He checked in at the right times, gave great recommendations, and made us feel really welcomed.
Overall, a fantastic meal with excellent service. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
One of my work locations is right opposite this wonderful Indian restaurant and I LOVE coming here for their buffet spread.
They have chaats, salads, main courses, dessert, and so many options! Probably 40!!
Service is so good, I genuinely want to tip them generously each time I visit.
Their drinks menu is amazing too, definitely prefer their mango lassi with my food each time I visit.
Overall just really happy with this restaurant.
