I’ve given this place plenty of chances before deciding to write a review, but the quality has been consistently disappointing. I’m writing this in hopes that the restaurant takes the feedback seriously and makes improvements.

For this visit, we ordered Japchae, Bahn Bahn (half beef/half pork), and fried chicken (not pictured)

– Japchae: overpriced for what it was. The noodles were overcooked and lacked seasoning.
– Fried Chicken: We ordered the spicy soy garlic flavor. It was just okay, not terrible, but not worth the price either.
– Bahn Bahn: This was the most disappointing of all. The meat was so salty it was inedible, and we ended up having to throw it away. It almost seemed like there was an accident with the salt or soy sauce in this batch.

I wish this had been a one-off experience, but it’s been the same story across multiple visits and dishes. As a Korean-American, I really wanted to like this place. It’s the only Korean restaurant in Bentonville. But each visit somehow falls short of even modest expectations. I genuinely hope they take customer feedback to heart and work on improving the quality of their food.

It’s one of the best Asian spots in the area. I love the flavor that every dish has, and the variety offered. I definitely recommend the Korean Fried Chicken and all of the bows. I’ve come here a bunch and always love it.

Our order was delicious! There was a generous amount of meat in the bowls. I’ve been to other Korean restaurants in the area and they really skimp on the protein but not this place! Everything was delicious!

I visited this place two days in a row. On the first day, the staff was really kind and took the time to understand my preference. They let me know about the day’s offer and suggested the spicy chicken teriyaki, which was delicious! They also mentioned that they had $1 wings the next day, so I came back to try them—and they were just as good! Great experience!

I paid 9.99 plus 1.50 for creamy ttokppokki x 2 so like 22.99 with very little rice cakes and fish cakes just mainly a whole container of sauce. I’m not paying for mainly sauce. I may not know how to pronounce it but Ive had great creamy ttokppokki many times in Little Rock. This aint it. I called to tell them they didnt make it creamy and the girl said they put three small creamers in it. The sauce was too salty. Not worth the money!
The boneless chicken was ok. 10 for 18.50
My whole order came out to be 44.59 plus $2 tip. Not worth the money.
I wont return. There is better Korean food out there.

I’m going to have to assume I came on a bad day. First off they have no beef until next Monday. No explanation just they’re completely out of half of their menu. Secondly I ordered boneless wings they came with bones. Not the worst thing but not what I ordered. Third thing I ordered tteokbokki which cost $9 on “sale”. They gave me ten tteokbokki. They were swimming in so much sauce it was an ocean. They do know these are made from rice right? They aren’t expensive. They cause maybe a penny a piece to make? Completely ripped off here. The pah jeon we’re horrible doughy bits of nonsense. I don’t know what the hell they were thinking here but this is not pah jeon.

So I’m not sure if this is just a bad day or they live in the middle of the country so they think people don’t know what good Korean is but this is terrible Korean. I have not actually had worse Korean anywhere in the world. I’ve had Korean on three different continents. This is terrible.

A great place for a quick bite of Korean cuisine. They have everything from Tteokbokki to Bulgolgi to Bokkeumbap. Personally tried the Kimchi Bokkeumbap and Korean Fried Chicken. Both were very good, and it had a very open atmosphere.

This was our first time at ArkanSeoul and we were not disappointed. The food was flavorful, prices good, and portions were definitely large enough we had leftovers to take home.

And the staff was great, especially Brody! (Give that boy a raise!) He made the experience very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs since we have dietary restrictions.

ArkanSeoul will definitely become a regular dinner spot for us!

Great place to eat – the service was awesome, he really helped us decide what we’d want to try. The scallion pancake appetizer was SO delicious and so were our bulgogi bowls. The beef and spicy pork bowl was the best of both worlds! I’ll be back for more!
