It was such a hearty and authentic Korean meal presented Hawaiian style! Had the combo set with the BBQ beef and honey chicken which came with rice and choice of 4 vegetable side dishes. Owners were sincere and the portions were generous. A delightful find!

This is easily the best food that I had in Hawaii. The food portions are large and there is a great variety of it. They’re super friendly as well. I fully recommend getting the 2 combo plate with the BBQ beef and honey chicken. And you have to try the Gobo as a side. Their mac salad was amazing.

i always come here whether i want to treat myself to some good food after college or some pick up for the beach. cute mom and pop shop. the uncle is always super sweet and always smiling and the food is always consistent. i have yet to broaden my tastebuds but i love their meat jun plate and kimbap! can’t mess with something you already love but im willing to try something new next time i come!

Delicious rice combos – I got the kalbi and spicy pork and it was amazing. Perfect quantity: not a ton of food, but I was reasonably full. Very nice and courteous staff.

Really amazing no-frills korean food! We got the kalbi combo plate with calamari. The kalbi was so tender and flavorful and the calamari was very light, the tempura was not greasy and the squid was not rubbery or overcooked.
The food is a very generous portion and comes with four sides/banchan. My favorites were the eggplant and japchae(korean style glass noodles)
Very tasty food at great prices, and the staff are very friendly too. Will definitely return!
