My family took me there for my birthday yesterday. The food was sooo good! My husband and SIL got the pot roast and my husband said it was the best he ever had! My daughter and I got the Asian salad and we loved that too. Very fresh vegetables and the dressing added the right flavor to the salad. Also the grilled chicken was very tender. Everyone had a bite of our son’s pizza and it was excellent. The kids’ mac and cheese got a from our 4 yr old grandson (“I like it better than 99”) and our granddaughter loved her grilled cheese too. Lots of cheese! Our server was very attentive. Very nicely decorated inside and hostess was very pleasant. We live in Western MA, but we’re sure to be back!

We almost didn’t go, based on earlier reviews. Glad we did. Food & service were good, manager even came by to ask how we were doing. I had fish & chips, hubby had the M & M pizza and a beer. Both were good, and the beer filled a pint glass. Not sure what previous reviews were about, but they seem to have ironed out any opening issues they may have had. We would go back.

My wife and I wanted this new establishment to be great so badly. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was lipstick on a pig.
Same usual suspects at the bar. Same exact layout. Same awful service.
Beer and wine menu didn’t have prices. Very odd.
– Appetizer and entree prices are very high.
– Wife had a cosmo. Very bad.
– I ordered a $9 Guinness. It came in the cutest little glass I ever did see.
– I ordered a cup of chili. It took 15 minutes to re-heat it from frozen solid.
Worst $39 I’ve spent in a long time.
Won’t be back.

Service was a little slow, but the food made up for it. The pot roast was delicious, and the mac & cheese with chicken was amazing as well. Overall, we had a really good time.

Had a great first visit for the Pats game!
The pizza was solid – I think I preferred AvaLena’s better, but it was still flavorful, well cooked, and a nice size for the price. The fries weren’t super crispy and needed more salt, but were still better than usual steak fries.
They have a good drink list, my Jameson and Ginger was well mixed and served in a nice large pint glass. Plenty of options on draft too.
Service at the bar was attentive, no complaints there.
Love the new interior, it has so much more character than AvaLena’s and the private room/music stage are nice additions. Plenty of large TVs for easy viewing no matter where you’re sitting.
Overall, really enjoyed my first time and would give it a try again!

Pass through 3% “toast swipe fee” added to the bill. No signage notifying that this fee would be added and nothing noted on the menus. Looking into this further it not only violates Toast’s TOS, it violates MA state law. The kicker is, when inquiring with the server what the fees were, she said it used to come out of their tips….unbelievable. The food was over priced and not the quality expected. I had the Curry chicken , the menu states it comes with hand cut fries, there were 4 fries in the mix, the chicken was squishy, definitely not freshly cooked, likely frozen and microwaved, not what I expected for $23.99. I thought we would give it a try from the previous two restaurants that were there in the past, clearly just a rebranding and decor freshen up. The live music was a nice touch, however given the way they handle their business, and the lack of quality in food, I will not come back and so not recommend.

Not only was this my first time planning a surprise birthday party, but I was also trying to pull it off in just three weeks! Glenn, the general manager, was fantastic to work with. He was calm, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He guided me through the process and reassured me when I was stressed that it would be a wonderful evening—and it truly was. Mike and Amanda provided exceptional service throughout the night as well! They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had food and drinks nearby. Arigna’s offers a great selection of delicious food, and the live band was the icing on the cake! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend having an event there, or just stopping by for a pizza and beer.

I truly don’t understand why this place is rated below a 4. The food was absolutely delicious and staff were all very friendly. I don’t think its fair to rate a restaurant so lowly on opening week without even being served as I’ve seen here, but the food was absolutely phenomenal. Glad we decided to give it a chance. We visited this location at lunchtime on a Saturday. The braised short rib was the absolute best, most tender, flavorful, comforting meal I’ve ever enjoyed at a restaurant. It tasted homemade. I would eat that every day if I could. My daughter also thoroughly enjoyed her pot roast. The apple cider margarita was also pretty good. Servers were excellent, the manager gladly changed the TV channel to a live game we wanted to watch. Overall 10/10 experience and we are thrilled with our first visit and look forward to our next meal here!

First time here. Decided to try it out and we were not disappointed. Mark our bartender was very personable and funny. The hot honey pizza was delicious, as was the calamari and crab cake. Midge (waitress) is a sweetheart such a fun, friendly person. I will definitely be back here. 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back!

Pizza was really good. We had the M & M (Meatball with fresh mushrooms). We also tried the hand cut fries which were crispy and hot. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is very nice. Cool wallhangings, especially the ones in the small function room. We’ll be back for sure.
