Nice place in a strip mall. The building looks newer from the outside, inside shows it’s age, but clean and well lit. Not a big place but I like that. I had a meatball sub, add jalapeños and it came with fries. My wife had the manicotti. The food came pretty quickly and was hot. First thing I noticed was my jalapeños were not on my sub. Then I flashed back to when I asked for them, the waitress didn’t know if they had jalapeños or not. I looked at the menu for pizza topping and they were there. When she returned for our first taste check in I pointed out my jalapeño dilemma. She apologized and went to get them. She returned with hot banana peppers. I ate those, I was too hungry. The sub was good, a little more marinara would have good but not bad. The fries were crisp, hot, and not greasy. My wife enjoyed the manicotti but the large portion made her ask for a doggie bag. When the check came. There was a service fee, 3.99%, $1.00, added to the ticket. I’ve seen service fees charged for credit cards, so I thought that was it. I asked and the waitress had no idea what it’s for but explained she had nothing to do with it and couldn’t take it off. Never heard of such a thing. I would still like to know. Everything was good and I will be back. The waitress was very good but maybe new to the industry. I will return and try an entree on that trip. Still would like an answer on the service fee.

Pizza is consistently great and really fresh, well made salads. Sometimes requires a warm up in the oven, but I guess that can happen when you go delivery instead of dine in. They were great rectifying an omission in a prior order as well. Arianna’s has the best pizza around and excellent customer service. Might be a bit more pricey than their competitors, but you get what you pay for.

Good enough food. Seems like the server is asked to do more than anyone should have to…

Dined in today with my daughter and felt like we got special treatment. It was a late lunch on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy. Waiter/chef was attentive and gave great recommendations. We had a Principessa pizza and some pasta. Magnificent! Not even a bite of crust was wasted! Thank you for not disappointing. I recommend for friendly people that enjoy small restaurants.

I got a small pizza w/pepperoni, mushrooms, and spinach. It hit the spot on a night when I didn’t feel like cooking! Ordering online is easy and pizza was ready when they said it would be. Thanks!

This place is the real deal!! Fresh, high quality ingredients. Crust made from scratch. You will not regret spending a few extra dollars on this pizza compared to other spots.
We ordered the garlic knots and principessa pizza and picked it up early.
The dough is clearly made fresh in house with a nice taste and delightful texture. High quality toppings included fresh spinach and mushrooms sauteed in olive oil. Sausage is uniquely sliced and delicious without being too heavy.
Real, tasty olive oil on the garlic knots with fresh garlic and lots of oregano.
We’ve gotten Arianna’s twice now and the quality will continue to bring us back. Everything is made of fresh, real food. Too often I order a cheap pizza that tastes like fake preservatives and chemicals, I dont know why I ever do that to myself when Arianna’s is right here! As of this review I’m just not gonna waste my time with any other pizza. Arianna’s, I will return soon!!

I love their pizza. It’s consistently great. But their “italian” hoagie is inedible. It’s 2 slices of ham, tiny bit of provolone, and 1 measly, pale slice of capicola. A bunch of lettuce, way too much mayo, no oil and vinegar, no seasoning. It comes toasted. I was hungry so I was going to eat it anyway, but it’s literally bad. I took one bite and threw it out. Wawa does a better Italian hoagie than this. You cannot call yourself an Italian restaurant with this bad of an Italian hoagie.

Here’s my $10 Italian sub. Had one tomato slice, barely bigger than a quarter. Ton of mayo, very little meat. Another one-and-done for this godforsaken part of Richmond. (Btw finger is actually touching sandwich for perspective). Maybe worth $5. Maybe.
