Dined in today with my daughter and felt like we got special treatment. It was a late lunch on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy. Waiter/chef was attentive and gave great recommendations. We had a Principessa pizza and some pasta. Magnificent! Not even a bite of crust was wasted! Thank you for not disappointing. I recommend for friendly people that enjoy small restaurants.

The pizza was great. BUT we ordered carry out and they charged us for a $50 family meal that we did not order. When I called the restaurant and they told us to bring the meal back. I told them they could come and pick it up but was told their delivery people were too busy. I said I would like the charged reversed and was told the owner would call me back. I ended up having to call back for times and eventually at closing spoke to the manager. He said he would void the charge “even though his employee said I ordered it”. Comes to find out the owner lied as well and never voided the charge. Even though the food is great we will never dine here again. Such a shame and what a scam.

I understand the need to raise prices. they have raised theirs considerably. The reason I wont be back is due to the fact that in addition to much higher prices,they decided to add almost 4percent to the total bill over and above menu prices. Im not interested in being price-gouged for average quality food. Im also not interested in the dingbat daytime server yacking away to me about her personal problems before even getting my drink order. I dont care about your messed up finger or any of your other personal business. we are not friends or family.

I ordered delivery from the restaurant directly. It was to be delivered in 50 minutes. When after 1-1/2 hours no food I called the restaurant. I was informed that it had been delivered. I said it was not delivered to my address. He called the driver who stated he delivered it to my apartment. He stated that next time I should to a personal handoff instead of leaving at the door. He further stated that someone probably stole it from my door. I said it had never happened before. I said that I am a disabled person on a fixed income. So I am losing $30 and have no dinner. He said so you’re laying a guilt trip on me because you’re elderly. He said I’ll remake the food and send it again and pay for it out of my pocket but you need to accept in person. I thanked him and ended the call.
