I had an amazing experience at Aria Korean Cuisine. Their eel dishes are absolutely outstanding — truly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. The flavor, texture, and freshness are on another level.
The raw marinated crab is also incredibly delicious, rich, and perfectly seasoned. It’s hard to find this quality in New Jersey, and Aria definitely delivers.
The service is friendly, the atmosphere feels cozy, and the quality of ingredients is top-notch. Highly recommended if you love authentic Korean flavors. I’ll definitely come back!

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. The side dishes were all excellent, and the portions were generous. My photos shows their complimentary side dishes only. When the main dishes came out, I was too busy eating. The quality of the ingredients was evident—they certainly didn’t cut corners. The restaurant was clean and also offers a private dining area that can be reserved for small groups. I will definitely be returning often.

Come join the feast with Aria in Ridgefield for some of the most authentic Korean dishes around. This BYOB-friendly restaurant has tabletop grilled fresh eel along with tablelong simmered tile fish for that ultimate satisfaction. If you thought you had real Korean before, wait until you try this. From their side dishes to braised short ribs to something you’ve never had before, ARIA purely screams authentic. Their huge portions are perfect for sharing while chitchatting. Can’t think of a Korean place to go next time, ARIA will be your best bet!

The food here is so neat and delicious, with impressive culinary experience. The side dishes are also valuable, and the kimchi was great. The beef tartare was so fresh that the manager said they received it every morning and prepared it daily. The cutlass fish was also amazing; I’ve never seen this dish at another restaurant in this area. There’s plenty of parking space, making it easy to get there.

Generous, flavorful dishes with good customer service. The interior is nice too. I got their galbi tang and shared a hot spicy pork bibimbap which was very good. They give a lot of meat in both dishes and I liked this side dishes.

Service: Definitely need to train and educate all staffs. Unprofessional staff skill for customer.
Food: Ssambab, reasonabl price but Jeyuk was bad taste.
Atmosphere: one of the best table setting and private party room setting among the K town in NJ

I had such a great experience at ARIA Korean Cuisine! The side dishes were beautifully plated and felt really elevated. The whole atmosphere felt like a performance—it was clear they care about creating a memorable experience, and they definitely delivered.
The service was amazing, and the portions were super generous—I left so full and happy. The sweet pumpkin short ribs were a highlight: super tender, flavorful, and just so good and the mackerel was fresh and reminded me of classic Korean dishes.
Also, their seafood pancake is probably the best I’ve had on the East Coast—and I’ve tried a lot! If you’re into Korean food or just want something a little different, I’d totally recommend checking ARIA out.

I had a great experience dining at ARIA Korean Cuisine! The food was flavorful and beautifully presented — the grilled eel torched at the table was a highlight and added a nice smoky aroma. The braised beef rib dish with pumpkin and jujube was hearty and comforting, and the sizzling short ribs were tender and well-marinated. The side dishes were fresh, and the rice was perfectly cooked.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and clean, making for an enjoyable meal. Prices were on the higher side but worth it for the quality and portion sizes.
Would definitely recommend this place for anyone craving authentic and elevated Korean dishes.
