The girl who made my smoothie made it super chunky. I couldn’t even use my straw towards the end. Literally was chewing pieces of fruits. She had to have seen this smoothie needed to be blended more. Disappointed because I frequently visit this location with no issues.

I ordered 2 ginger shots & a P&J smoothie (I think that’s the name). The smoothie was great, but the shots were diluted heavily. I make my own pure ginger shots & wanted to try theirs. Unfortunately it’s HEAVILY diluted. I’m not sure if it’s the bisulfate of soda that makes it less potent or what. But no.

I’ve been coming to Arden’s Garden for over 10 plus years and have never had an experience like this before. I am a traveler and came home for the holidays and had to stop to get myself some Arden’s Garden on Saturday Jan 3, 2026 around 12:30. I decided to stop at this location, I haven’t been to this location in almost a year. I use to love this location and would come all of the time.
There were three young girls behind the counter. We made eye contact, but no one greeted me. No “hi,” no “good morning,” no “welcome,” no “how can I help you?” Nothing. Just silence and staring, which immediately felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I said hi which one of you will take my order?
When I began to place my order, the response was very dry and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about the pineapple base and the pineapples they had available, the tone felt rude rather than helpful. There was no customer service, no warmth, and no effort to make the interaction pleasant.
As I walked away after making my order, they began laughing and giggling while looking at me, which made the situation even more awkward and disrespectful. I told them, “You all are very awkward. You don’t greet people when they walk in. No ‘hi,’ no ‘good morning,’ nothing,” especially considering other customers had walked in while I was there and the same thing happened. When I asked who the manager was so I could leave feedback, they continued laughing and pointed to the sign on the wall.
This was honestly a very strange and disappointing experience, especially for a location I’ve supported for so long. I did not feel welcomed, respected, or valued as a customer. There are several Arden’s Garden locations nearby, and unfortunately I will not be returning to this one. I also didn’t get the employees name management will be able to tell who each other the young girls were.
I’m leaving this review in hopes that management addresses the customer service and professionalism at this location. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
