I don’t always do feedback, but I’ve worked in retail and I know how important it really is, if companies truly care. My last visit to the Douglasville location I had 10 star service from a very kind, intelligent, and super courteous employee, who had the most beautiful and healthy, ebony skin, named “Lakil”. He was knowledgeable, as all the employees have been, (including another young, thinner, African-American young man and Kennesaw State student, whom I know had consistently been at that location, for at least the years 2023 and 2024) but even assisted me at the door, since I now use an assisted device when walking, and I had to balance the bag in my other hand .
I don’t own a “slow/cold press juicer”, and can’t always make this a regular visit; but I’m so,so glad that Douglas County and specifically, Douglasville, Georgia, welcomed Arden’s Garden here many years ago!
I’m not sure exactly when they came here, but I know it’s been since before 2017, and the service and the quality of their smoothies and now expanding, vegan menu has always been phenomenal!
The service has never been less than a five star at any location I’ve ever visited, by the way, beginning with my first experience at the original store, on I think it’s called main Street in EastPoint/College Park (for those that don’t know it’s like, one to two blocks down, going south from East point MARTA Station ).
However, the star of this review is the Arden’s Garden-Douglas boulevard! I love that they have always hired and maintain a diverse set of employees, covering varies ethnicities, genders, religions or lack thereof (not that the fast-paced, but ultra high, customer service, gives much time for any type of talk like that but you get what I mean LOL!), sexual orientations, regions of the country, economic levels etc! As someone who has done a number of hiring and interviewing, I can tell you that I see a system of looking for good-natured, and quality driven, mostly younger people, I believe already inherently have a sense of pride in what they do, yet I can see that a system is in place for consistently high service and always clean conditions! I’ve never entered a location filthy, and I pray I never do!! My last visit on 11/15/2025 (and quite honestly it’s not something I can afford to do that often) was super stellar, as I really needed their incredibly excellent ‘Blue Spirulina and Lemon Sea Moss Gel’, ‘Ginger Lemon Turmeric Sea Moss Gel’ (which both feature ️ St.Lucia Sea Moss !!) & a large bottle of their ‘Beet it Better’ juice, which have done incredible things for my body after two previous purchases. But, I was totally, like WOW ! , by the much larger size (THANKS to the Company Owner & Sales, INCREASING the size of your salads, and not freaking practicing “shrink-flation”) salads, as well as types I had never seen before and even some new items like the ‘Thai Veggie Curry Soup’! The soup and my ‘Southwest Salad’ weren’t on my list, nor exactly in my immediate,budget either, LOL, ♀️however I had been SUPER-BUSY, hadn’t eaten for like, 17 hours ⌚ ♀️ …so I MADE MY “SELF-CARE” PRIORITY, purchasing both of those for my meal. And they were both absolutely delicious, high quality, VERY FRESH and well portioned!

I absolutely love coming to this Arden’s Garden! The staff here truly make the experience outstanding. Lakil and Tee, in particular, always goes above and beyond—providing excellent service with a warm and welcoming attitude every time I visit. They take the time to recommend different smoothies and food options, and every suggestion has been spot on and delicious.
I stop by regularly, not only because the smoothies are fresh and tasty, but also because the customer service makes me feel valued. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the experience are consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

Stopped in this place after using the UPS store. Tried the happy smoothie and this is a great place to get some vegan food options. Girl who made my smoothie was nice and efficient. Price is comparable to other juice places and even offers an drive thru option as well. Good location will definitely be back to try another smoothie flavor

I got a 16oz smoothie and a Caesar salad on my visit here.
Smoothie: pretty good and you get to choose 3 fruits and your base (+ extra stuff if you want but that’s extra. I only got the fruit and base in mine)
Caesar: the salad came pretty packaged which I wasn’t expecting, but the kale was still pretty fresh.
Also, there were lots of ingredients in the salad on the menu and packaging but inside there is only kale, mushrooms, nutritional yeast and dressing. When I asked about that, the woman told me all of those other ingredients are inside the salad.
Other: the staff was welcoming, it’s kind of cold inside the restaurant, seating is limited (4 stools at the counter), great music, and plenty of parking outside.
Overall, not too pricey and a nice atmosphere. I’d come back.
