I truly don’t understand how this place has this good ratings. I guess people are OK with subpar service and overpriced crap. I bought a fish sandwich and a small order of cheese curds and paid almost $17. No drink mind you. The sandwich had no flavor, hardly any tartar sauce, the lettuce was extremely wilted and should’ve been tossed days ago, and then I had to pay extra for some ranch which was only filled maybe halfway in the cup. I’m very disappointed and angry for paying these outrageous prices for crap.

What I ordered wasn’t that great, but the staff are very friendly and Inviting. It’s definitely a comfortable and affordable place to eat. I’m just not too familiar with the menu will try something else next time.

I ordered an egg nog shake and a ranch burger with cheddar cheese and fries with cheddar cheese on top. And I also got fry sauce. Everything was so yummy and fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant. I paid $16 and some change and everything was so worth the money I paid.

Used the drive-thru to get something to eat. I had a coupon, that a presented to them as I was paying but I discovered after getting home that they didn’t apply the coupon and charged me full price. I called and spoke with the shift supervisor but was told that there was nothing that she could do for me and that I’d have to wait until Monday and call back to speak with her boss once he gets back in. What good is a shift supervisor if they can’t resolve a situation like this!

This was a great experience. I haven’t been to a Arctic Circle in 20 year’s and finding out this was here was well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to share the experience of eating here with my kid’s as my parent’s and grand parent’s did with me. The restaurant was very clean inside and out, the staff was very happy, friendly and looked like they liked their job. Okay so on to the food. The food was great and just as I remembered it ( maybe a little different but still about the same ), it came out hot and fresh with the drinks being ice cold. If you are in town and looking for a good place to grab a quick bite then I strongly would recommend going here especially since there aren’t many Arctic Circle restaurants around anymore.

Fries are crispy and soft in the middle. The burger is well-prepared and with fresh toppings the Patty itself is a little dry but that’s why they have the best burger sauce.

The quality just keeps going down slowly but consistantly. There’s beans mixed in the taco meat now to help cut costs I’m sure. The staff greets you quickly because there’s usually no one in front of you but there is a huge lack of friendliness. The girl who helped us was training and she was flirting over our shoulders with a boy sitting in the dining room. I looked him and she said sorry what can I get you. The owner and a trainer were right there too. Once we got our food the patties are so small and I dont know what happened to this taco salad. It’s an inch deep. The cheese was so coated with non sticking agent. It’s just nothing like the salad you would get even a year ago. Makes me sad because we like to have lunch there after orthodontist appointments.

This is the last Arctic Circle restaurant left in Washington State. Don’t let the dated artwork or somewhat run down exterior fool you, this is a solid burger joint with a few things that make it special. The most special thing is the fry sauce, it’s perfectly sweet and sour, A+. Shakes and ice cream is also really good and worth a trip. Burgers and fries are pretty standard but solid. If you’re in Yakima there are lots of good burger options but whatever you do just skip McDonalds and consider Arctic Circle on Nob Hill.
