I love arctic circle. Just not this one. Staff was very ignorant of customers. Was rather course with me while taking my order. While waiting for my food I saw others waiting for 10+ minutes. Backs were I love the food. But this arctic circle either needs new management or a shake up.

Drive thru workers need to listen. I asked for a condiment and they said ok. Then I get home and there is none of what I asked for. Ruined my whole meal. Maybe management should invest in a better speaker system or employees that care. What a waste of 16 bucks.

The food is pretty good sometimes, but when they fail, they fail hard! So I guess it averages out to a solid meh Some consistency would probably go a long way here. I almost always order the chicken sandwich, but a lot of the time, it’s a slimy soggy mess. I end up taking 1 or 2 bites and throwing the rest away. If you like to gamble, this is the place for you!
