Went through the drive thru and got ice cream cones for my mom, my two kids, and myself. Got all the cones and ice cream home. The ice cream tasted sour. It was so disgusting. Maybe they need to clean their machines better or something because it made us all sick the rest of the night and the next morning.

One night, me and the family get a craving for icecream, specifically milkshakes. We go to mcdonalds and in classic mcdonalds fashion, their icecream isn’t working.
We think “Artic circle is always slow, but lets take a chance and go there.”
It took awhile to get to the speaker to order, and it took even longer in the drive through, which was super frustrating because in some places, at most, you’re in and out of the drive through in 10 minutes. We waited there for over 20 minutes, and we didn’t even make it to the window! We gave up and drove all the way into twin to satisfy our cravings!
It would have been fine if we were told at the beginning that things were a little behind, and we would have been patient, but this was ridiculous.
I know things are hard in the fast food business, and sometimes things happen out of control, but every single time we go to this particular artic circle [which isn’t often, mind you], the drive through is ridiculously slow. It cant be a coincidence.
Props to the lady who took the order, she was very pleasant, but the rest of the experience was aggravating.
Im very sad, this location used to be spot on in its service.

Need I say more?? Okay, I will. My daughter and I went to the drive thru for lunch on our way home from the grocery store, we ordered a spicy chicken and a crispy chicken sandwich. We got home ready to devour our food and this is what mine looked like. I expected to get what I paid for with my money, money that I really do work hard for but this is like a slap in the face. I don’t usually dine out but I wanted to treat my daughter and myself to a nice lunch. Man oh man how disappointing. Sorry I’m only giving 1 star because the kid at the window was kind.

The best Arctic Circle I’ve ever been too, the food was perfect with lots of flavor, the staff was very friendly and responsive, not once did we feel ignored or unimportant. We liked it so much when we first moved here that we picked up dinner here 4 days in a row .

As a fast food joint many people probably think that they should have amazing food out in just a minute or 2. That’s not how this place rolls. The food took about 7 minutes, but was worth every bit of the wait. House made cocktail sauce. Great fish, hot fries and the 1/2lb patty was obviously cooked to order. Twice in a row, 3 weeks apart, junk. 1st one: asked for extra fry sauce, double asked at window, got “yep,” even the receipt showed “extra fry sauce,” a mile away: no sauce and missing a meal.
2nd one: 1 person in front of us, no one behind. 40 minute wait AFTER they took payment. At least 4 ppl in there twiddling thumbs. Food was room temp, rancid smelling lettuce. Place was bad 5 and 10 years ago, absolutely at its worst now. (2 meals 4 ice creams 70 bucks for funsies)

I just got one thing. Ice cream! I was expecting only a switl or two of ice cream, but i didn’t realize they gave like a tower of it. So that was a pleasant surprise. The crew is friendly, cool, and honest. It was really fun going! P.S. they were also paitent.

Waited over 35 minutes for only two shakes. machine was not chilled, and if I had been told, I would not have ordered and paid! Love stopping there for a shake. Don’t think I will stop in the future. My husband was mad while waiting in the vehicle.

It literally took 45 minutes to get 3 shakes. And there was only 6 people in the entire place. The real kicker was I ordered before the six and got my shakes 20 minutes after the last person was served.
