Worse experience ever, we ordered a chicken sandwich the taste was horrible like it was cook over old oil, service was bad, not friendly at all. I don’t know what happend to this place it was good before. I attached the picture it was sooo small like a Chicken slider and for the cost I paid about $50 total and not worth it i will never go there again. We drive 2 hours going to california, it used to be affordable now it’s expensive, horrible food and horrible service of i could give a 0 Stars i would unfortunaly doesnt let me.

Hi every one I suggest you only come in the morning that is when staff is nice and food tastes great. I eat here every other weekend and I love coming in the morning. Ive noticed coming after 5pm is not a great idea. Theres a girl with red hair that does NOT know how to cook french fries mine were all stuck together and full of oil(has happened 2x now when she works) Also the african american girl that works with her always gives me only 3 ranch cups when I order the big family bundle and extra side of chicken tenders. Other than that I love the affordability and quality of food before 5pm! PS. The DUI fries are a joke dont buy it, it was overpriced and not worth it.

I drove 20mins to this place. I was craving a taco. I ended up getting a salad. They are usually good. I was confused by how it was chopped…. Big ole pieces. . I got braces soo I threw those bell peppers out. Not gonna risk braking a bracket. Still yummy overall

This lady here in this post was very rude to us. I’m asking her questions regarding 2 different salads since they didn’t have the description on the restaurant menu and she was very rude when she answered my question. Her demeanor and her attitude was very poor.

You would think at 10:30 in the morning you would be greeted with a smile, The lady that took my order was not Pleasant at all. I ordered a hamburger combo, When my food arrive to the table it was a cheeseburger fries and a soda. I looked at my receipt and I was charged for a cheeseburger. Luckily the cheese was so over-processing and greasy it was easy to come off the Patty. The burger was so so nothing to write home about. The Patty was very thin. The fries was okay but they was also greasy. Well I can scratch this off my bucket list I won’t be coming back here at least not for the burgers like I said in one of my previous hamburgers stand reviews no good burger should be left behind

⭐ 1-Star Review: Heartbroken and Disgusted — This Place Has Completely Gone Downhill!
I can’t believe I’m even writing this… I’ve been coming to this place for years. Every time I drove to Los Angeles, it was my go-to stop. I used to love it here — good food, good vibe, dependable service. But after my last visit, I can honestly say: never again.
Last night, my husband and I stopped by, and from the moment we walked in, it just felt off. There was no one at the counter, no greeting, nothing. The cashier was too busy taking the trash out instead of taking our order. We waited about five minutes before he even noticed us.
When we finally ordered, there was no one in the kitchen. Then the shift manager, Julia, came out from the back, clearly angry that she had to cook. What shocked me the most was that she started cooking without washing her hands — just grabbed things and got to work like it was nothing. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.
While waiting for our food, another customer came in complaining about his order being wrong and only getting half the fries he paid for. That should’ve been our warning sign.
When we got our food… it was an absolute disaster. My chicken sandwich tasted like old oil — literally like engine grease. The food was disgusting, the fries were soggy, and the portions were tiny, not even close to what they used to serve. And to top it all off, that sandwich cost $15 — highway robbery for what we got!
I went up to the cashier and asked why the portions were so small, and he actually said, “The restaurant isn’t doing well, so we have to cut portions in half.” That’s insane — and unethical. Customers are paying full price and getting ripped off!
We spent over $50 for food that we couldn’t even finish because it was that bad. I left feeling angry, disappointed, and honestly sad. This used to be one of my favorite places — now it’s a place I’ll never step into again.
If you’re thinking about stopping here — don’t. Save yourself the money, the disappointment, and the bad taste (literally). This experience was absolutely terrible.

Ordered a double cheeseburger since the patties looked thin, fries and zucchini. The fries and zucchini were soggy… and the zucchini cost 10 bucks so that sucked. The burger had no flavor.. the meat had no seasoning at all. My stomach started hurting after 3 bites. Lived up here 20 years and was curious about this place … omg I dont know how they are still in business. Do not recommend at all

It is a fun place to eat. Lots of nostalgic items about route 66, coke, burgers, etc. Service was very good and friendly. I had the double cheeseburger and it was good with a lot of cheese. Tender beef with a good taste. But the vanilla shake was like drinking bland milk. Didn’t even taste like ice cream. Way liquidly and really not good. Was this on purpose. Archibald’s? Everything else was nice.

I’ve been to an Archibald’s years back in chino / chino hills area. Unfortunately this one in the high desert was not good at all. The burger I ordered came on a Parmesan cheese bread but it tastes like it wasn’t grilled and toasted thoroughly. Tasted like they added a lot of cheese on the bread and made it greasy and chewey. It was a light yellow color which should’ve been toasted a little longer to give it better flavor. The chili cheese fries were not good at all. The price was very high and unfortunately I will not come back to this location. My meal was about 25 dollars which I thought was pretty high. If it would’ve been really good I wouldn’t mind but the quality was not there at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at Archibald’s Burgers in Victorville. I went through the drive-through yesterday evening and ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. For how overpriced the food is, the quality was far below standard.
The burger tasted like it had been cooked earlier and simply reheated, and the fries were disgusting—clearly not fresh and seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. On top of that, I was never given my drink at all as I was leaving the drive-through, which caused an unnecessary delay and frustration.
Overall, the food quality, combined with the mistake on my order, made this a very poor experience. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to others.
