Arby’s in Wasilla Alaska is a very good fast food experience! If you’d like their roast beef sandwiches and maybe one or two other items like their gyros (no lettuce) and poppers you’ll be happy. And that’s the thing, as far as many of the new offerings, or this and that that they try, if you like their most famous sandwiches, the roast beef sandwiches, then you will always be happy here. If you do not like those sandwiches I think that there’s a lot of potential disappointment. But it’s like going to a hot wing place and deciding to buy a chicken sandwich, you will likely be let down. Otherwise it’s consistent and always very good to feel that particular Arby’s craving I highly recommend. Also the staff are usually very nice which usually means there’s probably a nice manager in the mix!

Spent 20 minutes in the drive through which is typical for a dinner rush. Food was cold , was asked to wait outside the store to get fresh fries. Waited about 10 minutes till I went inside to get my money back bc all of my food was cold not just the fries. Am currently standing at the counter waiting for the last 15 minutes to get my money back. The ladies were short and are literally ignoring me as there is about 5 other customers behind me waiting to be serviced. I work in the food industry myself but being rude to customers regardless of how stressful the work environment is especially being the manager will not get you repeat customers . And the steak nuggets taste like crap. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I had a pleasant experience. It was my first time dining in. Brian, the Assistant Manager gave me great customer service. I thought it was the best fast food experience I had, comparing this to McDonald’s, Burger King, and Carol’s Jr that I recently have had also. The restaurant was clean and felt calm. The workers seemed happy. For the first time, my meal looked like the menu picture. I had the Maple Bacon Turkey Sandwich with crinkle fries. My meal was prepared well and presentable. My fries were hot and seasoned well. Overall, I enjoyed myself.

We went about 10:45 as we thought lobby opened at 10 as that is what sign on door say and it said open on lobby window but door was locked a d could see people working in back. Tried calling no one answers . Went to drive through and asked for 2 separate orders for the turkey cobbler then went plank no one asked if we wanted anything with it or let us know the price so person I was with drove off. This is the 2nd time in less then a month we had a bad experience there. This in the one in Wasilla Alaska. I don’t know if ever go again unless we hear from others that their experience was good. You need to get a better manager in there as things like this shouldn’t happen. Last time we went our food that was suppose to be hot was cold. They weren’t busy so no excuse. They need to get their crap together or need new workers. Bad management if you ask me .

I ordered a cheesesteak and this is what I got I my self have been in the cooking for over 7 years now and this is not ok it looks like a dog to a crap and this is not the first time they get my order wrong all the time all in all I’m just gonna stop going not to mention I was a manager there and ik they can do better and know tha most of them don’t even care for the customers they say things is at fresh but in truth I can even taste how not fresh it is honestly the place make me sick

Great place to eat if you want to wait 30+ minutes for your food before giving up and going to sonic instead. Place was less than half full and only a few cars in the drive thru so I don’t know what could possibly make it take that long for 2 burgers and a shake.

The rudest service in drive thru, had the windows shut in my face as I was trying to ask a question, when I tried to get anybody attention they hid behind corners and ignored me or just pretended to ignore me. They worst service I’ve ever had.
