Something to note here is how clean this Arby’s is. The bathrooms are clean too. The food is delicious, and of high quality compared to other fastfood restaurants. The staff is incredible and friendly. The owner Wayne is a hard working man, and his awesome leadership really shows through the operation of this establishment. If you are in Pullman, a meal at Arby’s is a great choice.

They happily obliged me first thing in the morning with a chocolate milkshake a day after my surgery. Everyone is always so nice. I absolutely enjoy the buffalo chicken sliders, but the chocolate milkshake that day was the best!

I like Arby’s and all of the workers are nice but I do wish they could tell more when people are in a hurry. I’m a very busy person and this is often my only time of day to complete phone calls and eat my lunch for the day but I can’t seem to just quickly order anything. There’s always so many questions about size and what kind? I would rather them just take my order and put it in the standard way so that I can go! Just some advice because a lot of people really do just want to order and go. That’s why they pick up fast food! Most of the time I’m not going to care if I end up with food I don’t like but I will be annoyed if my phone calls are interrupted by a bunch of questions from the drive thru.

The service here was really great and the person that helped me was very high spirited and happy. They did seem a bit understaffed so they took a bit to get my food out. That wasn’t a big deal since I wasn’t in any hurry. The food I got wasn’t my favorite but it was a food I’ve never tried so I thought I’d try it. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t my cup of tea personally.
