Waited in the Drive thru for about thirty minutes and paid $30 to get cold food that was supposed to be hot. I got the beef and cheddar and my husband got a French dip. Both sandwiches were cold and the fries were old, cold and greasy. The iced tea was watered down as well. We didn’t know the food was that bad until we got home (only 5 minutes away)or we would have brought it back. Don’t waste your money there.

Food was amazing! Just got one of their sliders things….but the people were….well, the employees couldn’t be bothered. I’ll just say that. They were WAY too busy discussing whatever they were whispering about for WAY too long. I mean come on. A little bit of that is a given…its fast food. But when you make everyone on this side of the counter uncomfortable….you just need to grow up. Hopefully they were divising a plan on getting the dining room clean! Lol. Gross. I won’t be back.

I had to repeat my order four times at the speaker. I asked the cashier if he got my substitutions at the window. I am handed an incorrect order. I go in to get it remade and see that all three employees were wearing headsets and the GENERAL MANAGER was making my sandwiches. I take my remade sandwich and return home to find out my other sandwich was ALSO incorrect despite it being correct on the ticket. I did everything i could to get my order correct and 3 people including the GM couldn’t make it happen. I genuinely don’t get how this GM is allowed to run two locations.

Had a great visit to this Arby’s. Sergio was such a patient person with the older couple before us. He then was so nice with our order. Food was great! Place was really clean. No dirty tables! We got the 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches and they were perfect for our need. Much better experience than the Elma store that closed the lobby on us an hour early and made us go through drive through.

Currently on a quick trip to Washington, driving from Oregon to Renton. On the return leg of the trip now, and stopped into this Arby’s. It wasn’t our first choice, but here’s where we ended up anyway. The guy who checked us out and handed over our food has literally been the most impressive person we’ve met so far in Washington. I’m not kidding, at all. We’ve been to a hotel in Renton, dinner at a restaurant in that city, a Target store in another town, a handful of convenience stores (including the one attached to this Arby’s) and the Burger King across the parking lot from here, and not one person in any of those places have anything on Rodrigo (that’s what the receipt tells me his name was anyway). He was friendly, upbeat, kind, and seemed like he had more than two brain cells bumping into each other, unlike everyone else I’ve encounter in this lackluster state. Thanks for the good experience, Rodrigo!

Order was clarified and confirmed, but the young lady’s attitude matched the wrong item she handed me. No offer to rectify, just a ‘have a good evening,’ accompanied by a snotty little look. Friendly, attentive service would make the experience much better.

I have always had a good experience ordering here, the staff are friendly and the restaurant has been clean every time.

It’s Arby’s! Lol. It’s definitely a location where you can count on the staff caring about your order and satisfaction. Food is always fresh tasting (for fast food lol) and the service is always friendly.

Arby’s is officially not worth spending your money on. They give you the most pitiful amount of food and charge you top dollar. It is basically robbery. The quality and quantity absolutely 100% do not justify the prices and they should be investigated.

Such a horrible display of food. After paying close to 20 bucks for a meal…..this is the size of the chicken, or should I say, just fried breading……I hate giving one star reviews, and I know it’s not on the employees, this is on Arby’s in general.
