You can get away searing a cut of meat and leaving it undercooked because the outside bacteria dies with the heat.
Hamburger mixes the outside bacteria into the entire burger. It’s why you cook that thoroughly. Rare burgers lead to food poisoning.
I appreciate the speed and service, but for the sake of the clients I am a caretaker for, do I not want food poisoning. I am the only option some of them have for getting groceries. They have to plan ahead for public transport through Access.
I could handle that if I was the only one inconvenienced, but for their sake, this is inexcusable.
Staff is actually friendly, when if they’re busy. That goes a long way these days.
The one time the app messed up my order, (or some Uber driver took it by accident it something) they were cool about it and just made another one task quick. Thanks again!
Another visit here and still not happy. So why do I return? I do like Arby’s and keep hoping….
I was out today and decided I wanted a burger. Having never tried the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger I decided to give it a try. OPen my Arby’s app and put my order in.
When I arrive at the restaurant and give my name, I was told “actually we are out of burgers”, but I could have my choice of any other sandwich but “recommend the brisket”. I asked if the sandwich had a decent amount of meat. “Yes a lot” was the answer, so I decided to try.
Judge for yourselves in the attached photos. And the meat was tough. Strongly do not recommend this sandwich.
And again the sauce dispenser fails. Dried sauce below and only the ketchup working.
On the bright side, after at least a couple of months they have repaired the Coke fountain so we can refill our own drinks.
Will I return to this Arby’s, no. Which is ok since I am moving out of state very soon. Let’s hope that I can find an Arby’s whose owner takes better care.
And then after leaving and looking, the Brisket sandwich cost less than the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. But of course no refund was offered.
They didnt put ANY arbys sauce in my order or ketchup.
And fries were cold by time they got here ♀️
