I enjoyed a marvelous brisket sandwich with drink and fries. The food presentation was basic, but the sandwich was delicious. Very good value for the price. This restaurant is bright and clean and inviting a period service was friendly. My overall experience and rating was excellent.

My family and I stopped there on our way home back to pendleton oregon. Wow what can I say but absolutely amazing, I have been in customer service for over twenty years and for the 1st time in a very long time it was like the old day, where you were greeted with a smile and they ment it. Both lady’s had the best customer service that I’ve seen or have had for both me and my family in years. The lady’s names were Kendra and Liza. We are definitely going to come back next time we are out that way. The food was some of the best from a take out place in a long time as well, the establishment was clean, and the atmosphere was nice. From me and my family thank you so much for the best experience in a long time.

I didnt rate the food because we were not able to order anything. After standing in line and then when it was our turn all staff walked away. One guy said he would be with us in just a minute. After standing there for 5 minutes, I decided to go to the restroom. I left my husband to stand there with my order. When I came back, no one had offered to take our order. 2 other customers in line had left. The guy working the drive up looked at us. But that did not result in anyone helping us. After waiting 10 minutes to give our order, we left. This was very disappointing as we would like to see Arby’s be successful in LaGrande. I am afraid that losing customers because no one communicated with them is not good for business.

This is my favorite fast food place. My daughter thought she wouldn’t like it, but after she started eating, she said it was her new favorite. The food is always great. The Sauces and condiments are unique from all other fast food establishments.

This is 2 weeks in a row they have been out of almost everything. The first time we got lucky that the app didn’t work. This time our order went through we went to get our food and was informed they were out of almost everything we ordered. They had no idea on how to cancel the order. I ended up calling the corporate number and now it’s a waiting game to see if I get a refund for food I didn’t even get.

Horrible!! The Soda machine was so filthy that I had black stuff in my sprite. Had a lady behind me complain as well. Needless to say we told them and they never attempted to clean it. The over flow pan was full of green slimmy water. They need to take this seriously. I have had the worst food poisoning from this at another restaurant.

If you want a stress induced cartic infarction, look no further! The staff yells and argues constantly (especially the “cook” with the tattoos covering his face) & the assistant manager always like to “start a war” with customers over nothing. They are known for having two low level staff members run the whole operation, which indicates a severe lack of critical thinking & business management. Good luck to corporate at avoiding future lawsuits.

Arby’s is my go-to place but this location is worst ever. Staff, including management the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Waited 20 minutes for food. Did not make food as I requested either. Do not recommend this location.

The Arby’s store in la Grande Oregon I saw a costumer yelling at the manager over French fries she was trying to make them understand they just came out of the fryer immediately asked if she could give them a refund or what she could to to make it right i got mine at the same time and they were hot he was clameing they were cold and he stormed out i just want to say she was trying very hard but the store was clean the serves was fabulous 5/5 very amazing!!
