It’s Arby’s… if you don’t know what to expect here, where have you been? This is a nice clean Arby’s. They tend to be busy during your lunch and dinner rushes, but always do well to accommodate. And who can beat 2 beef and cheddars for 7 bucks!

Girl taking order was angry I didn’t hear her greeting. We had been there the week before and the girl who waited on us was smiling, happy and a delight to work with.

The gentleman working register was real friendly greeted you with a smile and kindness. We ordered and it was ready lightning fast. If you haven’t had potato cakes I highly recommend them. They are so yummy lol.

I stop every time I come through. Food was significantly better this time. Fries were hot and pecan chicken salad sandwich was delicious and fresh. A long wait to order at counter and I was the only one in line. No ketchup in dispenser. Not very tidy. A lot of talking in the back.

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our recent visit. My daughters chicken nuggets were so hard she couldn’t even eat them. The fries were cold and one sandwich was forgotten so I had to go back.. the poppers were over cooked as well and there was no lettuce in my gyro. The younger girl working was great and seemed like she was doing just about everything outside of cooking, but the cook… not so much. Hopefully they get more help in there.

One of the dirtiest and unorganized Arby’s I’ve been to. Tables were not wiped down, sauce pumps were not full. Ordered a number 1 which is a Beef and Cheddar and it had no cheddar. I’ll go to the Medford one next time.

Service is always friendly! Food is always good, but this time we ordered the new garlic rib eye and was extremely disappointed. It was extremely small, missing the onion straws/rings, and you could barely taste the cheese and garlic aioli. We know the food doesn’t always look like the commercial, but this was way off. Size does matter:)

Never have my husband and I been to Arby’s in our nearly 50 years, so after seeing a show called The Food’s That Built America, we decided to try it. Not bad! We’d go there again, maybe try something else since we got specialty sandwiches that were just ok. My son loved the chicken strips and fries!

Other than staff needing to get out and refresh the dining area and wipe tables more often, service and staff were kind and friendly.

The French dip was great as always. The fish was not that good. It tasted a little stale like it was frozen too long. Play probably wouldn’t do the fish next time.
