Great experience at Arby’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and quickly prepared. I enjoyed the variety of menu options, especially the classic roast beef sandwiches. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall visit enjoyable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the seating area was a bit crowded and could use a little more cleanliness. Still, I’ll definitely be coming back for their tasty meals!

The gentleman working register was real friendly greeted you with a smile and kindness. We ordered and it was ready lightning fast. If you haven’t had potato cakes I highly recommend them. They are so yummy lol.
The restaurant was real clean including the kitchen.

For the past three times I’ve been to this location specifically, I’ve gotten delayed food, and somewhat “bad” service. Atleast the food was good. Edit: the guy who brought our food to the car because they were out of chicken and had to make a new batch. Anyways the guy said sorry for the wait

Have had multiple poor experiences with grants pass Arby’s. They are often “out of chicken,” have given us wrong items, and today their fryer was down for cleaning, so I had to wait and could not get a refund. When I finally did get my sandwich, apparently that freshly cleaned fryer cooks faster than an uncleaned one because my sandwich was a hockey puck, and somehow that lead to my bun being burnt. 100% done. If you don’t want to serve food, please don’t be open

Drive-through order.
Philly Cheese steak $10 each.
The order was processed quickly and with a friendly manner. The order was received complete.
The sandwich was a little smashed.
The bun was very soft and fresh. There was an ample amount of meat to fill the bun. The cheese, peppers, and onions were incorporated nicely and resemble the advised item.
The flavor was the downfall. I found the sandwich to be bland. The sandwich contents were very mild in flavor. Peppers and onions had no flavor .
I was hoping for better.
It is was it is…. a fast food sandwich.

There’s no way these angels could’ve known…
We spent 6½ long, exhausting hours in the ER — just me and my mom — navigating the hardest news we’ve had in a long time. Drained, emotionally and physically. What we didn’t expect was a simple napkin to remind us of kindness in the world.
This note, left by complete strangers — the sweet crew at Arby’s — had no way of knowing we were a mother and daughter clinging to each other through a storm. We could’ve well been tied by any relationship to one another; friend, aunt or niece etc. No way of knowing we had just come from the emergency room (other than a simple wrist band) while standing awaiting our meal. No way of knowing how deeply we needed a sign that we’re not alone. I opened the letter that was on top of our much needed food, no way of going home and cooking with tears pouring.
But they felt something. And they acted on it. ❤️
To the Arby’s crew: your words touched us more than you’ll ever know. Thank you for being a light in our very dark moment. We love you too. Your note will forever be hanging on our fridge of memories.

Attempted to try using Arby’s “Contact Us” page on their website, but to not my surprise it wasn’t working. Customer service at this location is poor. I don’t go often, yet somehow every time I do it’s through the drive-thru and I’m always told to “pull forward and wait”. Does not matter what my order is, could be a simple small wrap, a burger, a gyro, or whatever, I’m always told to pull forward and wait. But somehow other vehicles aren’t told the same thing. Today I was waiting behind a truck that had been waiting at the drive-thru window because once the driver got their food I could hear them starting their engine. Somehow though my small chicken wrap required me to pull forward and wait in the parking lot. There have also been times where vehicles would drive up behind me, yet somehow they weren’t told to pull forward to wait like I was and I’d see them a few minutes of my wait time they’d drive off with presumably their food. Even when the place wasn’t busy and I was the only person in line I’d still be told to pull forward and wait. First couple times, it’s whatever it happens. But every single time it starts getting annoying and frustrating.

Don’t think I’ll be back, the sandwich had a sauce on it when I asked for just beef with cheddar on the side, and the fries were very soggy and wormy. ☹️
