I ordered the French dip with au jus. I requested an extra slice of American cheese because I wanted to be sure my sandwich would be melty cheesy like the regular beef and cheese sandwiches. My sandwich was not hot and the cheese was not melted at all, still cold. Please melt the cheese.

Wanted to try the deep fried turkey sandwich. Really good! It is sliced fried breast on a soft roll with mayo, cranberry, turkey stuffing, crispy onion strings and Swiss cheese. You can customize it to add bacon (extra) or delete anything. Little bit pricey but definitely worth it but it’s considered to be top of the line so for that it’s justifiable. Service was fast and efficient.

I love the roasted beef sandwiches at Arby’s. Their sandwiches are almost the best compared to all the fast food restaurants. This one on Arden Way is the Arby’s where I purchased my favorite roasted beef sandwich more often than any other Arby’s because it is near to my work.

First time ordering Arby’s and was so excited. Ordered 5 sandwiches, medium and large fries, 5pcs. Jalapeño bites and a mac and cheese.
Came home, no mac and cheese… receipt showed there should be one.
Opened my Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich… so disappointed with the sandwich’s appearance and the amount of meat in my sandwich. It wasn’t as advertised. And it’s definitely not worth the $8+ I paid for that 1 sandwich alone. The taste is just ok. Curly fries were chewy. The only thing I really liked was the jalapeño bites. I had such high expectations. The commercials were so convincing. LOL
Won’t be back.

The Crispy Bacon Swiss could have been great but the bacon was hard as plastic, the chicken was hard over cooked as well and the only sauce I found was in the wrapper, not the bun. My son had never been before and said his classic beef was delicious. The lemonade was good, plenty.of ice on an extremely hot day. The curly fries were hot and nearly all were perfect spirals. I feel we were overcharged for our order, no receipt given.

I’ve been to this Arby’s location on Arden a number of times, both on my lunch break and weekends with friends, and for the most part, I love it. The location is super convenient, and the drive-thru is fast – rarely any long wait, which is always a plus when you’re on the go.
The sandwiches are really what make this place stand out. If they’re cooked right, they’re absolutely amazing. I mean, Arby’s is known for its classic roast beef, but this location offers a solid variety of sandwiches that go beyond the basics. The Rueben is one of my personal favorites – it’s stacked with meat and they always give you the sauces you ask for, which I really appreciate.
However, the only reason I’m giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 is due to some inconsistencies with the quality. One of my go-to orders is the classic roast beef, and when it’s fresh and hot, it’s perfect. But occasionally, it’s a little off – sometimes the beef can be overly salty, and it almost tastes like it’s been sitting out for a bit too long. That’s a bit disappointing, especially when you’re craving that perfect sandwich.
All in all, this is still a great spot, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Just hoping they tighten up quality control a bit more so I can count on that consistent, delicious experience every time. Still highly recommended!
