Slow as molasses! But their food is consistent and the best Arby’s in the Bay Area. I’ve tried every Arby’s from San Diego to Eureka and the one in Rippon/Manteca is the best in the state. It’s not the food, it’s not the location, it’s the employees who make the difference.
If this location hired a few more employees to fill the gap, they’d get five stars for a fast food restaurant, but the slow service is what holds them back.

So they have that beef and cheddar that’s a really huge sandwich, but if you don’t eat that much the girl that was working there told me you could order a slide or now a little baby beef and cheddar slider. It was delicious it was a perfect amount of food, the best part is it was only $2.49.. a beef and cheddar slider

Stopped by Arby’s around 11:45 AM and had a great experience! The lady at the counter was super friendly, smiling, and really made sure I was taken care of while dining in. Excellent customer service and a great attitude — definitely appreciate the professionalism and effort!

We have been waiting to eat at an Arby’s for the longest time. I am 68 years old and I finally got to eat at Arby’s and guess what, it was fabulous! A food experience I won’t forget. I plan on returning again and try something different. If you haven’t been there, you must try it now. The advertisement is true. Some great, great food.

I ordered one of the burgers & asked if they would cook it fresh for me? The cashier went back and told them to cook it fresh. It only took 3 minutes for them to wrap it up & be put on a tray. Then they waited 2 minutes for the fries to be cooked. They handed me the tray & I asked the man (looked like an assistant manager) was this cooked fresh like I asked? He looked me right in the eyes and lied to my face and said it was cooked fresh. I guess “cooked fresh” means when it was actually cooked earlier in the day.
Was totally disappointed that I spent $14 on a burger that was barely warm, NOT COOKED FRESH like the guy who lied to me said it was!
I wouldn’t recommend the burgers at Arby’s to anyone! Go to a restaurant that makes burgers. Don’t waste your money at Arby’s!

Had not had Arby’s in awhile. Ordered 2 Classic Roast Beefs and Potato Cakes. Everything was as good as I rembered. Drive thru was quck; and the girl at the register was friendly and courteous. Ill be back
