We went thru the drive through and got a nine piece Steak nugget which was 10 bucks and some change by the time we got home and opened it they were the smallest little quarter inch squares all dried up…I was so disappointed because the first time I had them they were big and juicy and delicious. I wont make this mistake again. BTW everything else was fine the slider and cheese sticks, wish I had thought to snap a picture.

I stopped by to grab some hash browns since they were delicious on my first visit. Unfortunately, this time they fell a bit short and weren’t as crispy as before. However, I’ll be back to give them another try!
As a first-time customer at Arby’s, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t know they served breakfast; I always associated Arby’s with their ‘We have the meats!’ slogan and expected sandwiches with lots of meat. The selection was a delightful surprise. The staff was very accommodating. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit but requested a croissant instead. The hash browns were the best I’ve ever had, and the price was reasonable. The meal includes a coffee, and since it’s inside a Pilot Gas Station, you can grab a brew coffee from Pilot’s coffee selection. I opted for the iced coffee. I’ll definitely stop by more often for breakfast when going on trips.

Located inside the Pilot. So there’s plenty of additional items suck as phone chargers , energy drinks, etc that you can also pick up. Ordered my food. Pretty sure I got a newer employee. She didn’t know too much about the menu. After, receiving food was pretty quick.

I like Arby’s food but every other time I come to this location they are “completely out of something. How is your business out of roasted beef completely? How are you out of ham? New items on the menu…out. All at once. Service is the slowest of any fast food chain I’ve ever been to.

You could be the only customer there, with no one else at drive thru, and order just 1 sandwich, and it still takes 30mins to get said food. So imagine how it is when there are a few customers there, might as well grab a shower and what not and then maybe your food will be ready

I would not recommend coming to this establishment. Not only they don’t care about the food. They don’t care for the customers that can get food poisoning off there food thats been sitting out and try warming it half way. This is ridiculous you tell them to make it fresh because I had some old potato cakes so this is the second and was the last because atleast I can say they stay consistent they dont care. Terrible!!!

6/15 2:15am. Restaurant is closed. Google maps as well as the Arby’s actual website shows this location open 24 hours. Cannot find posted hours anywhere except in the drive-thru window outside indicating otherwise. Store is completely lit up inside as if it is operating, as is the drive-thru menu. It is some of the only truck accessible food in the area so it was quite disappointing to see that both Google and the website were giving misleading information.

I love Arby’s but will never come back to this location. It’s 11pm. Stood here for 1 hour and never saw an employee. Asked Preston the manager “…if Arby’s was open?” He replied, “I think so.” It’s clearly posted everywhere it’s open 24hrs. I had to wait here anyways so it basically became a game to see if an illusive Arby’s employee would eventually show themselves. They did not.

I arrived at Arby’s at 5:44 pm. It took almost a half hour to order and get my order. There was only one person working the front along with drive-thru and one filling orders. They were out of Arby’s sauce packets and I was told they didn’t have any containers with lids. When I got home I found that they didn’t give us what I ordered. Since the lady that took my order didn’t give me a receipt I can’t verify if she entered what I asked for. I ordered a Classic RB and a Half pound RB both were about the size of a Classic but with Onion Buns (yuck).

Ok. By far the worse Arby’s experience ever had. Wifey and I went here for lunch. Got there at about 12:30. Only 1 person in front of me. Took my order. Ordered protein style double burger for me and fish sandwich combo for wifey. After waiting 15 minutes for order the cashier made an announcement saying anyone in line at the time would have to wait an addl 15 minute before they can order. As it turned out the manager decided to go on break during lunch time and left only 2 employees. One to take orders and run the food and the other to prepare and cook the food. Waited another 15 minutes for our food. When we got it her fries were cold and instead of giving her a fish sandwich they gave her a protein style burger. And instead of me getting my double protein burger I also got a single protein style burger. The manager should have offered us a refund and made the order right. Instead she raised her voice at me and said how they were short handed. And when I continued to complain she threw my receipt at me and said she was just gonna issue a refund. We had a few words in between us then the general manager came from pilot and made our order right after 1 hour of ordering it. We still should have gotten a full refund.
Please save yourselves the hassle!! If you’re not a trucker or even if you are a trucker don’t eat here!! The very next exit going east is Ayala off the 210. There is parking for cars and some parking for trucks. Has many selections they are better than this Arby’s
