I have stopped in here multiple times during my truck route out of California back to Phoenix Arizona and in previous experiences the food and service palatable. Prices are marked up for the location and truck driver/ traveling clientele, not to mention it’s California. But the biggest issue I have at the time of this review is the fact their online hours read S-S 5am to 11pm.
I got here today and went inside just a few minutes after 5am, with every expectation it would be a few minutes but could place my order and patiently wait. Upon entering I was immediately informed by the Travel Center employee they were closed. I inquired to when they were scheduled to open. The gentle man said he didnt know and assumed 6am. I explained the hours were listed wrong on Google then and left to wait until 6am. In my opinion this location is poorly managed and not taking full advantage of the business opportunity they have. As a franchise I would be open 24/7 when truck drivers and travelers alike are in and out of this place hourly.

I hope this becomes huge attention and I class action gets slapped on you ! There is literally nobody here , there is No Reason to turn off online ordering! Shady ! Just Shady !

I stopped off early in the morning to get something to eat. The Arby’s sells breakfast items and they open at 5 AM. That’s a plus. I ordered the egg and sausage with cheese wrap. It looks like a small burrito. I also ordered a orange juice. My mail came out in last than five minutes. It was fresh hot and tasty.

Want to smell food not mop water. Asked for the double I saw on the menu. What I got was both buns touching, almost no meat.
I put a challenge out there for pictures of any double meat cheddar looking like the sandwich you get from Arby’s counter.
Here’s the ad of what they brag about and make you think you’re getting in the high priced sandwich, and what I received.
They don’t sell curly fries any longer. They sell not hard snapped sticks.

I seriously should have looked at the previous review from Kezi B before ordering – Burnt chicken the same! They apparently are so greedy they never change the oil. Haven’t been to an Arby’s in probably over 5 years. I guess it will be another 5 years before I try it again. Not sure if Taco Bell is better next door but I certainly wouldn’t order from this Arby’s.

I was hungry and I gave in to the fast way.
Never ever again.
The worse thing was the “bread” who knows how old…
Chunks of something what has nothing to do with “steak”
Ok for the dogs
One soggy mess priced at $8.49 plus tax
The server lady was nice and friendly

The manager, “Belle” is extremely rude. The person taking the order spoke limited English and got the order wrong. Upon alerting the manager, the manager never apologizes and then tells the customer what they said was different. The manager wasn’t even around when the order was taken so why the attitude and why not just apologize.and remake the order? What would’ve been hard about that?

If you go to this Arby’s, which rightfully has a 3 star rating, expect to receive some “attitude” from the staff because of the manager “Belle” has attitude, I’m going to make the assumption that the staff will follow suit. Very disappointing service.

I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. Never doing that again.

To start off, I ordered two of them but was only charged for and served one. They were bad enough that I’m actually glad this error happened.

The flavor was very bland The sausage had SOME flavor, but the cheese had none. The cheese was also weirdly tough even though it had melted. The biscuit was very spongy and chewy, which was an odd combination of textures.

There’s a lot of food I like at Arby’s, but I guess their breakfast biscuits aren’t one of them.

After a lengthy delay waiting for someone to come to the counter. the curly fries I ordered were fresh and good, BUT the price they charged was 70 cents more than the posted price. When asked about this, I was told that it was “the manager’s job to change the posted price, but she hadn’t gotten around to it”. I said that was fine, but in the interim, they are legally required to honor the posted price. They were unwilling (or unable?) to do that, so apparently my choice was apparently to either cancel the order and get a refund, or pay up. I did the latter because I was hungry, but am warning other customers to check what the actual price is before ordering. Very poor business practice!
