tried a new Arby’s double burger and it was very undercooked and super cold . I do not recommend a burger from Arby’s the melts and roast beef on the other hand are these places need to stay in their lanes and make what they’re known for.

It’s not too bad of place most times, there are moments that aren’t good. Their apple pie shake is awesome, I do like the beef n cheddar sandwich. Most times service is decent, but you have times when the crew is terrible.

I wish I could rate this place lower. Less than half my order was right, some of my fry orders were half filled, mozzarella sticks were destroyed like they spent half the day in the fryer, I’ll never come back to this location, the employees can spend more time on their phones instead of pretending to make my order.

Yes, this is a Tuesday evening, all right, around 9930I went to the arby’s drive through over here on Idaho, I’m right down the street, doing my laundry anyway, anyway, long story short ordered a special 2 French tips for $8 and a small fry, total came up to $12.12, I should have been receiving $8 or $7. Excuse me, and 88 cents change back, the lady did not give me my change back. She did not give me a receipt and and a roundabout way all she did was argue with me that she gave it to me and I said, no, you can come look, I open the door showed her. There’s no one’s in my money and my wallet is laying right there. See, you know, she lied, she stole the $7 and changed, and then sit there and lied about it. And her co-worker at the time came out and heard me saying this and turned around and hid and just peeked around the corner. So yeah, how many people tonight are they doing that too. Very bad place will never go back.Sad.Maybe they need to give him a razor something.Oh, she was a pretty tall girl too. I hope to hell my kids weren’t like this when they were working growing to school or that young, that’s freaking I would be embarrassed.

Ordered the hot and spicy chicken. Not planning to try anytime soon. The bun was so hard, that i really didn’t try after 3 or 4 bites to eat any more, the chicken was burnt and dry and there was sssssooooo much buffalo sauce on it, yeah —-no. My little sister told me maybe they put all that sauce on it to hopefully soften the bun and make the chicken seem moist. Not planning to order that again at the one Arby’s and not anytime soon at another.

I hadn’t been here for a long time. There are those who are devoted to Arby’s roast beef, but I’ve never been one. But I was in the mood for a taste of horseradish which I love. I ordered a double meat sandwich with cheddar cheese. It certainly did have lots of meat in it as advertised and warm cheddar cheese oozed over it. If you like Arby’s roast beef, you’ll be very pleasantly filled up with this sandwich. Unfortunately the sauce bar was empty and the sandwich was served with as many little plastic packages of horseradish sauce as I wanted. The sauce also had the same bland taste as the meat. This was understandable. Most people don’t enjoy the sharp, pungent taste of horseradish in the way I do. The decor has been updated and was clean and pleasant. Service ranged from surly to exceptionally cheerful among the many employees on duty during the mid afternoon when I went. I thought the food was an excellent value for the price. I plan to come back and try one of their chicken sandwiches.

I want to make it clear that this positive review is strictly revolved around the young lady working the drive-thru on 09-30-24 at right around 5:55 p.m. because she gave me my first genuinely positive experience at that location. She treated me with respect and was very eager to please and just over all a total sweetheart. You need more people just like her.
