I have not eaten at an Arby’s for probably around 30 years, and I have never eaten before at the location in Santa Fe. I have to say, I was very impressed. The restaurant was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh and hot. I will definitely come back here in the future!

April 22,2025 6pm, I ordered 2 crispy chicken Sandwiches and received 2 fish instead… When I ordered I said I want 2 crispy chickens for 6.99 they did not say chicken was not available for the 6.99. They should learn or you should teach them proper English. I will never eat at this Santa Fe, location again I would rather wait and go to an American Arbys in Albuquerque where it is always good ALWAYS… Close the place down in SF..

I wanted 2 classic roast beef sandwiches for $6.99 like the sign says.. But they charged me full price, $12 plus change. Why? Because I ordered the classic instead of classic with cheese. If I had order 2 classics with cheese I would have gotten 2 for one. But since I simply ordered two classics I paid almost twice as much. Classic bait & switch
