Just recently got the 2 for 7.00 gyros. Awesome!!!! got a beef and cheddar for my daughter, She ate the whole thing. My only complaint was when we ordered curly fries, I ordered a large for myself and a small from my daughter but both of the fries were only halfway full. And most of the fries really were not very curly. The staff needs to learn to be a little more friendly.But it was still good service. I’ll definitely go back but next time.I’m gonna make sure that my fry box is full. That was really the only disappointment I had. Other than that I’ll definitely buy more of those gyros. Those were as good as most restaurants. Pretty Surprised.

I’m completely disgusted. As I ordered in the drive through the cashier is obviously talking with their mouth full. I waited behind the car at the window for about 20 minutes and I can see inside the window. I clearly see the cashier put food into their mouth and lick their fingers but not before they picked and rubbed their nose. Then they grabbed a bunch of sauce packets and put them in the order in frint of me. I get to the window and they are standing there stuffing their face with an Arby’s sandwich with sauce all over their face. Im sure this person was handling food after whiping their face and licking their fingers. I drove off. Im so disgusted.

I placed my order at the drive thru and I had a code for a free item but he didn’t take my code when I completed the order so I drove around and waited at the window, after about 10 minutes of just sitting there, I beeped my horn and the man finally came and the first thing he said was “I’m too busy.” WOW, I told him he could of just came to the window and told me something, I was just sitting there and when I asked about the code, he said I got it. This is the customer service arbys teaches their employees. He was rude. I’ll never go there again.

I had never been to this Arby’s before I used the app to make a mobile order. When I arrive to pick up my order, even though there were no customers and no line in the drive-through I sat at the drive-through window after being interrupted and told to pull around and waited for at least five minutes before somebody open the window handed me my soda And handed me a bag of food, The man said thank you and shut the window. I ordered a combo meal fish sandwich and got a free cheeseburger for ordering $10 of food. I paid for a side cup of cheese sauce with my order and requested five sauces to be put in the bag with it,, But when I got home, all that was in the bag was a small curly fries, not even halfway full of burnt french fries that were not edible. I could not chew them. I gave them to my dog. The fish sandwich was extremely sloppy and messy hard to eat I didn’t get any sauces. Did not get my cheese sauce. Didn’t get a straw for my soda. Didn’t even get a napkin. I called the store to let them know they messed up my order and when I told the girl who answered the phone what was wrong with my meal she told me to drive back up there and they would remake it. I said I don’t have time to drive back up there and she hung up on me. I had not eaten at Arby’s in a While and after this experience, I don’t see myself ever trying to eat at one again horrible service, horrible food won’t make that mistake again.

Arby’s this is ridiculous. You need to change the picture of the sliders from the old beefer version to this sad excuse for a slider. Smaller but paying the same price we did for the larger sliders you use to sale. What a rip-off.
Do not go to Arby’s thinking you will get the sliders they use to sale.
I will not be returning.

I ordered a crispy chicken club wrap, but was given the crispy Buffalo chicken wrap. This is literally what it looked like when I opened the wrapper. It looks like a small pita bread was used instead of the tortilla that usually comes with the wrap. It was more like a taco. I don’t recommend this location 🙁

Apparently I missed the rebranding of drink sizes they did last fall. A 20 oz is now a large, but still priced like a 32oz. Also, the roll isn’t toasted for a french dip any more, so thanks for the chintzy soggy lunch. Will not be eating arby’s again.
