I came here Thursday and the man working in the drive through was not only beautiful but funny lol but from a business stand point he did a stellar job even ask if I wanted to upgrade my fry if u work in fast food you ,we always tell the cashiers to push the upgrade. He was polite and read my order back and explain things to me in a pleasant tone not irritated not rushing pleasant. I received my food quickly and it was hot and fresh. This is my second time at this location and both times have been great service.

Rejected my cash because it was a older bill. The general manager was extremely rude. Mean older woman. No signs about older bills nothing posted online. She Rejected the bill out of her choice. With no actual reason other than she didn’t want to verify the bill. Cindy was her name. She has always been rude when I am in there. She needs to be removed from her position. The blonde manager is a much better employee. Edit. I just used the older bill at another KBP Arby’s location and they took it marked and verified the bill was real with no question. Cindy is a poison as the current general manager at Arby’s. Please remove her so lots of customers may return.

These folks had the cleanest tables I’ve ever seen at a fast food joint! Festive, too, Christmas decorations.I do my best to post fair reviews. Although some things were good at this 107th Ave Arby’s in Avondale, AZ, the manager here was highly strung. Maybe she had a cup of coffee too much. She was unprofessional “coaching” two, young female employees here. She was shouting. What made it disturbing is we were not the only sitting in the dining area-a few others were, as well. In the company I work for if anyone needs coaching, we are taken in the private, not humiliated in front of customers. Those poor girls looked like they were in tears. Abuse takes many forms. Friday 13 December 2024, about 6 PM.

After a long day of work I decided to stop in and get something. The good ol’ Beef n’ Cheddar is a safe bet and genuinely an all round good choice. Made and ready fast and the Cashier lady was very nice (my receipt says ‘Dani’ was her name). The music they play is soft enough to converse if you need to but loud enough to enjoy if you’re just by yourself. Stop in here and get something to eat, you will thank me later

We between appointments and an Arby’s Cordon Bleu sounded good. Doing a search on Google Maps showed this particular Arby’s. However we were not 100% sure it was there since we couldn’t see it ftom the street and it wasn’t showing on the satellite view in Google Maps. It’s kind of hidden behind the QT. Great customer service, the Cordon Bleu was very well made. The store was nice and clean. Best Arby’s I’ve been too in a long time

Love the new location! The manager on duty Sunday (05/05/24) was amazing with her staff. You are lucky to have such a great leader. I tried the chicken sandwich and it was sooooo good! Still love the OG roast beef sandwich also!

Recently visited this location. I find as a whole, Arby’s is unquestionably overpriced in comparison of value Vs. cost. As a result of this inequity of reality, l limit the number of my visits and narrow my selections. To counter GREEDFLATION, I limit my purchases to the featured item on sale. Last visit was the Ham and Swiss which l truly loved. During this recent visit l enjoyed the ArbyQ which is the current featured sale item.
The sandwich was delicious although l found it made up of what appeared to be bits and pieces and drowning in BBQ sauce. The sandwich was extremely tasty and equally messy. Overall l had a pleasant experience.
