I attempted to place an order on Christmas Eve while traveling to get to my family. The order was within regular business hours. When I arrived at the restaurant it had closed early.. 5PM! I reached out for a refund. I received an email on DEC 26TH that my order was being made at 0930. Didn’t make sense right? I reached out to Arby’s, on their customer service site they say they make it right. I got a few one sentence replies saying it was my fault and they wouldn’t return the$7. It was an honest mistak made while tied and traveling. The quality over the last ten years of the good had gone down. Obviously the franchises don’t really care much about customer service. They have lost a customer for life, I hope it was worth it over $7.

We stop here each time we are traveling to the area. The place is always clean, friendly staff and freshly made food.

The food’s always great. The customer service is always great and for some reason whoever’s working the drive-thru always has a talk show host voice. I’ve come to expect this now and I can’t go to any other Arby’s because it’s not the same type of customer service or the food is always made right

When we drive through Yuma, we like to stop at Arby’s. In the past, all was fine. Today, we went inside and ordered our food. They didn’t seem all that busy (it was around 1:30 pm). It took 15 minutes to get our food – that’s way too long. We got our ArbyQ’s, fries, and shakes and went on our way only to find out that the sandwiches were cold. Not even warm and definitely not hot. Really disappointing. Only good things were the shakes.

I love Arby’s. I love the Arby’s sauce, their turnover, and of course the classic roast beef.
What I don’t love is that the last 2-3 times when I’ve gone and ordered drive thru, this location has consistently forgotten the au jus for my french dip. And of course, as I’m driving, the loss doesn’t get noticed until I’m home.
I tolerate the wait times. I sat and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru this last time because I believe the food is worth it. And it is incredibly disappointing to go through the whole process and miss out on a main part of the entree like that.

It my favorite place i just wish we had or in yuma we only have the one place. For me it the French dip sandwich with some curly fries it amazing. And the best part is it always fresh and hot!

It was about 8:30 when I went through the drive thru. Ordered a chicken cordon bleu combo, plus two snack wraps, a medium drink and small curly fries. Got home and there was an extra container of curly fries! That was a nice surprise. Arby’s has always been one of my favorite places for fast food and this was the first time I’ve been to this one. Great experience, I’ll be back!

I was passing through Yuma and saw they had an Arby’s and wanted a roast beef sandwich. Got the French Dip and a Jamocha shake. The food tasted great and the service was good as well.

I placed an order for pick up and arrived on time and saw a bag sitting there on the warmer. There was one guy in line ordering and I waited for my order. At this time group of people came in and the cashier decided to take their order before even checking on me. So I waited and another group came in so I decided to just ask if that my order and the cashier said no it’s not ready. I was pretty sure it was my order and once he took everyone order he said oh this is your order and he apologized but that’s just bad customer service. I really love the roast beef sandwiches and food was still warm and tasted great. Have to go out of the way to come here and now I dont think I will do that anytime soon. Had the cashier actually checked for my order then it would have been a better review but that was not the case and the food saved this review from an even lower rating..

Employee said “oh great we are never going to see our wives” after we walked in. Mind you it was 7pm and they close at 10pm. We were the only people in the store. While he was preparing the food he complained loud enough that we could hear him clearly in the dining area. The employees were also playing music fairly loud in the kitchen. It was louder than what was playing in the dining area. Overall just a mess of a store.
