I have come through this location several time and the food is always great but the employees are kind of stand off ish. Not rude, just not friendly. Not a big problem. Well today when I went through the drive through around 9:55 the person who helped me was so nice, smiley,and warm. For me that’s a a big deal. She was very polite. I appreciate people like her. Thank you for the experience!

Tried this new location for the first time. The service and food was good. Sandwiches came out hot but curly fries not as fresh as I would like. The food is better than McDonald’s but not as good as Culver’s. If all the food including the curly fries tasted freshly made and just fried like Culver’s then I feel the food would be just as good and I would be willing to come more often.

I ordered and paid for 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches. The service was very fast since there was only one other customer and I didn’t check the order until I got home. Unfortunately the sandwiches were bare of any Arbys sauce and there was also no cheddar sauce. Just a bun and roast beef. It was a total disappointment. Luckily we had BBQ sauce and cheese at home but I will now check every order before leaving the store!

Food could’ve been better. Made me wait 5 minutes to make the chicken sandwiches “FRESH” only for it to look real FLAT. Night manager white dude was the one in charge. Also he mumbles to himself a lot don’t know what’s wrong with him.

We tried this location for the first time and really enjoyed it. Tay was our Server who was exceptionally wonderful. Great hospitality, great energy, and super kind. The food was hot and packed with flavor. Definitely recommend this location.

First off you should have some context. I was HUNGRY. Thursday night 6/6 around 9:15 pm. I could’ve eaten just about anything cause your boy was that hungry. Drove past this new arbys and thought yeah, this should work. Pulled in, was greeted by a nice young lady. Told her I was Hungry and needed some recommendations. It was either between my go to double beef cheddar or the new burger. She said she liked the burger, then another team member came over said what’s up, I asked him what he liked and he said the burger for sure. Went with the burger ya’ll and it didn’t disappoint. This thing was juicy, hot, toppings was fresh and them crinkle cut fries? . I could’ve gotten them late night end of shift fries, but them yo’s were the truth. Crew was great, friendly. So glad I stopped here. Shout out to the young man and young lady working that night. I’ll be back. Keep up the good work.

Poor quality, value, and experience. Dining room was closed earlier than posted. Parked me because my mobile order wasn’t ready despite there being no other cars in line. Overpriced Coke’s mixture was so over syrup-y that I could not and did not drink it. Tested curly fries upon receipt and they were not fresh; they were cold, old, and then soggy. Thank goodness I ordered an extra little dinky cheese sauce cup for 1.29 because they skimped on it on the Beef & Cheddar. All in all was quite a disappointing meal that I looked forward to and honestly kind of splurged on. Arby’s has the potential to be great and really fell short. It’s a good thing I was not able to dine in because it would have been sad to *not* ring the bell. On the positive side, I didn’t really have any issues with the employee, and the order was accurate. It also came out quickly, but I think that was part of the problem.
