ordered a ham and swiss melt –received cold cut that did not have enough heat to even begin melting the cheese. Fries tasted as if they had been sitting for 2-3 hours. At least my Coke was good.

I really enjoyed the Peach Cobbler Roll – very satisfying. The staff seemed pretty tired; I can’t blame them – I was feeling the same way. This location is pretty old, and showing signs of its age. Maybe time for an interior refresher. All things considered, though, it was a welcome break for this weary traveler.

Went there because we love Arby’s. We are doing a lot of driving and needed fast food so we could keep going. We ordered roast beef because they are easy to eat in the car right? Nope! Check out the pics. They cubed their roast beef which made it taste a little different but then 1 bite into the sandwich it was raining cubes of meat everywhere

I ordered my food and drove home and the order was wrong. I drove back to Arby’s and the cashier that took my was still at the front counter so I went up to her and said that I ordered a hamburger and got a cheddar sandwich. She gave me a dirty look and said no you ordered this sandwich I said no I did not. So she got mad grabbed the sandwich and threw it in the garbage and mumbled something under her breath. So another lady came to the counter to reimburse the whole order and recharged the whole order. So I said can I get a soda for having to drive back for my trouble and she said no. When the Oder was done the young girl put the bag on the counter and did not say a word. I said thank you for fixing this order and she turned her back on me and did not say a word. Very poor customer service.

I went through the drive through and got the food and drink right but I wanted some ketchup to also go with horsey sauces that they did not add just the horsey sauces I like mixing the 2 to make a spicy fry sauces . I guess that’s the perks of going in you can get your own sauces and not rely on the servers to do it right. Other than that the food was good as always

The food was a little sloppy but tasted fine. I went there for lunch and the service was quick. However, the employees looked like they wanted to kill themselves. I used to work fast food so I know it’s tough to have a smile when you don’t get paid much but it’s good to fake a smile. Arby’s has gotten so expensive. To get anything besides a snack will cost you $5 at least. Overall, nothing special or bad about this place; just medium.

Went to the drive thru for what I thought would be a good meal. The brisket sandwich was like a small burger with over crispy bacon and burnt onion straws. Honestly I don’t think they’re was brisket on it.
Then to top it off I get down the road and what no Arby’s sauce and no napkins. Super helpful when you’re trying to get down the road and eat.
Needless to say not my best experience with Arby’s.
