Why does the fish look like they just took old fish and put it in the fryer again.. it tasted so horrible I couldn’t finish. I am never ordering the fish again was hoping for a better first time experience but the disgusting food put me off. The tomatoes and lettus also looked way past shelf life way to much mayo as well. Arby’s is better than this and I hope they take food seriously next time we want to do a office order

Went in for a later lunch around 3 pm on Aug 13th. Waited in lobby for around 10-15 minutes and shouted “hello” three times at an appropriately loud volume. All employees were having quite a rambunctious hangout in the back (which I initially thought might be a team meeting of some sort). Eventually one got up for a refill on his soda and finally he was able to hear me shout for a fourth time “excuse me.” When I told him I had been waiting for 10+ min He stated they did not have a dedicated front end employee. However, throughout my meal he appeared pretty dedicated to the front end of the store restocking cups, wiping down the counter, etc. to top it off in the end they rushed my sandwich and it was cold, I guess from sitting from being prepared earlier and sitting around. I wish I asked to speak to the manager. *update reached out to Arby’s via the link given below this comment. No response as of 9/10/24

Ordered three sliders a 6-piece mozzarella sticks and a medium curly fry. I only got a four-piece marinara sticks and the fries taste like soap. They also didn’t put my sauces that I asked for. So frustrating!

They’re are always so polite and nice. Our food is almost always perfect. And when a couple times it wasn’t… We came in the next day and were immediately taken care of sincerely. The ladies there are the best!
New update! Just went last night, my husband has been waiting for the Italian to come back. Customer service… Wonderful. Food… He got the Italian, loved it! The only thing he said was the way the sandwich was built, made it hard to keep the meat in the sandwich. I got a double Beef & Cheddar, but no red ranch lol. The roast beef was wonderfully thin and the onion bun was so soft.
Absolutely loved it! Will be going again!
On a side note, we also doordash… Arby’s tends to do a good job having orders ready, but this location is a always on it and communicative if there is a wait on fryables. They rock!

Fish sandwiches were hot, but fries were room temperature. Always a downer for me. Employees did not seem particularly interested that we were there, except the young man working the drive-through who got me spoons.

I ordered a double Roast Beef, they put it on a regular sized bun and it was a mess to eat, to say the least. They must have scraped the bottom of the barrel to get the fries that were nasty. I ordered the Crinkle fries because I do NOT like the curky fries. I will try to post a photo of the fries which were inedible.

Amazingly, their lamb gyros taste even better than the Greek place. The staff at this location is consistently the friendliest of any fast food place I have visited. The food doesn’t take that long in the Drive-Thru, and the dining room is sometimes open, despite apparently being plagued by the same shortage of workers other restaurants are experiencing.
