Great Arby’s Came for lunch and they were slammed with customers. Very few employees that worked to perfection with each order. Food came faster that expected, as ordered and piping hot curly fries. Beef and Cheddar was to perfection. Store was super clean as well as the restrooms. Counter help was what a employer would want. What I like best was workers worked together without loud voices. Wonderful experience here.

Last 2 times I’ve been here I’ve been given the wrong food and I was the only person in line. Asked for BBQ sauce and they gave me marinara sauce. Too far away now to go back. Prices are extremely high also

My mom and I showed up at 11:15 pm, yes they should have already been closed. But the lights were on so we proceeded to pull up to the well lit arby’s that was showing it was still open. We pull up and the automated lay asked if we had any coupons that they would be right there to take my order, so I thought nothing of it, but 2 seconds later all the lights off and went very dark. My complaint is, if your suppose to close at 11 turn off the lights so people that just got off of work that are starving don’t end up disappointed. And honestly it was rude! Someone could’ve told us that they were closed as well when we pulled up.

A year ago I ranked this establishment a 2 Star and had much to say about the horrible service. Today’s update version shows much improvement. Not only did ZACH greet us immediately upon entering but he was also polite and helpful. Our food was hot and delicious.

It might of taken some time but I think this places is getting it together.

After a long day at work I stopped by this arbys to grab something to eat. I pulled up at 11:15 and was greeted with a message asking to let them no if I had coupons. After saying I did not have coupons the lights on the outside were turned off and no one came back on the speaker to say anything. I had looked at their hours and knew they closed at midnight. Don’t know why I NEVER get the broncoberry dipping sauce every time I order jalapeño poppers from this location… But here we are. I get that you get busy and mistakes are made sometimes, but it is literally every time at this location. And my drink wasn’t right either.

Just got some food at the drive thru, the guy was nice and all, but I was pretty grossed out at his shirt it was literally coated in dog or cat fur. I was tempted to just drive off but he wasn’t the one actually making my food just cashiering. And again he was nice and courteous but if you are going to be at the window of a restaurant and are the only person I see while I’m getting my food, you gotta be a little more presentable. Pet fur all over your clothes is really gross, especially in the food industry…

After looking at other reviews I want to say this upfront. DO NOT POST under my review we’re sorry about this please go to this link so we can get more info. Here’s an idea. Read people reviews as that is their review and why they had an issue. It should not be the customers job to review explain their issue then have to click links and do it again. Stop being lazy and get better at customer service.

I decided to visit Arby’s today to try the new cheesesteak sandwich. When I walked in I was the only customer in the restaurant. There was an employee pacing outside I want to say on a smoke break, one person making sandwiches, one person on the drive through and one on the fryers. I walked up front and sat there for 5 minutes waiting to be helped or at least greeted. After 5 minutes of not being greeted I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. While I was waiting I got the joy of hearing the female drive thru employe respond very rudely to the customer asking questions at the drive thru. I am hoping with the way she was saying no loudly and in a very negative/ attitude way that she was saying that to herself before replying to the customer. I also got to hear the lovely female fry cook talk crap about the customers with stuff like she’s funny if she thinks she’s getting 8.

It shouldn’t need to be said but in a job with customer service you need customer service. Also with prices and everything going up people have less money to spend and they are not going to keep going to places with no customer service. Without us you have no job. I won’t be going back to this location again. I will take my business to a company that has customer service and doesn’t treat or ignore and talk crap about their customers. I get it as I have worked fast food. People can be frustrating but here’s an idea make sure you’re not overheard when venting.

A customer should never have to announce themselves when you work in to a customer service position. You should be paying attention. I understand people get busy but every few minutes you need to make an effort to check your surroundings.

This stuff always gets to me cause you have to just think of these employees went to a place would they like to be treated like this?
