The Arby’s in American Fork provided me with excellent customer service. The restaurant had my food prepared as soon as I arrived, no waiting. The restaurant is also very neat and clean when I arrived. They have great food that is well worth the price.

I only eat at Arby’s if I have a coupon, I received physical coupons and was trying to explain them to Patty through the drive through and she wouldn’t let me get a single word in and kept trying to guess what my coupon was. Her tact and professionalism aren’t quite there.
Maybe let your customers talk and explain things, because your success rate at guessing is not working in your favor and cutting your customers off is rude. I was also very specific about which sauces I wanted and ended up with stuff I didn’t ask for.

I did an online order because I have the flu. I had my mom pick it up to deliver it to me. When it arrived I looked through the bags to make sure my order was complete. Unfortunately the most expensive sandwich I ordered (double beef n cheddar) was not there. Only a classic roast beef. When I tried calling the restaurant no one answered. Even after multiple attempts to call, since I am physically unable to leave the house at the moment, still got nothing. Never will I order online with them again.

I was actually really impressed with the whole dining experience, as it was our first time in an actual Arby’s!
Originally never expressed any interest in dining at any Arby’s (not a fan of roast beef sandwiches in general), but I was surprised the menu also had burgers . Ordered a burger (with their Arby’s sauce) and their burgers are actually really really good – I was really impressed!
Cashier (Kelton) was super informative with the menu and very knowledgeable, he really made a great impression on our first visit in. The grill guy Jake did phenomenal with our food – everything was cooked perfectly to our liking. AND I LOVE their “horsey” sauce, must try on burgers and fries .
Dining area was clean and kept well.
Will not hesitate to come back again for another tasty meal !

I am absolutely disgusted by what I experienced today. I ordered a sandwich through DoorDash, and when I opened the sealed bag, I noticed a strange smell and an even stranger appearance to the food. The sandwich looked like it had some kind of foreign substance in it—thick, white, and foul-smelling. I was horrified and immediately stopped eating.
This is completely unacceptable and raises serious health and safety concerns. I’ve reported the incident to the local police department and I am currently considering escalating this to the health department. I don’t know what happened here, but I do know this: no one should ever have to question the safety or cleanliness of their food like this.
If you care about hygiene and safety, I suggest avoiding this location until this issue is thoroughly investigated.

I have been here several times. My girlfriend is a fan. The only thing that I really like is the Au Jus. The past four times that i have ordered it, the Au Jus is literally burnt and tastes terrible. After not having Arby’s for about a year, I decided that I’d give them another shot. I order the Au Jus, and can you guess? Burnt. So I get to throw away my food while my girlfriend has a meal. Thanks again Arby’s. May I suggest removing things from your menu that you simply cannot pull off? Lesson learned.

Very unprofessional staff, order roast beef and went the counter to pick it up with some sauces next to the tray and sat down. A crew member behind the counter yells “sir that was for drive through”??
Why was is on the counter in the first place. The staff is obnoxious and rude, food was cold and overpriced.

My son and I went to the drive through of Arby’s because we had some coupons on the mail. We were told we couldn’t use the coupons through the drive that we needed to come in. So we parked and went inside. I don’t like beef but my son does, so we tried to use one of their eat for two coupons. My son respectfully asked if we can substitute one of the beef sandwiches for a ham? The manager which it was the one to be at the front, was very rude, and even before my son could finished the question, he said “NO, whatever is that you want the answer is NO!”, my son tried to negotiate any other type of coupons we could use to get a ham sandwich. In a very unprofessional and rude tone the guy said NO! We could have gone somewhere else since we had other type of coupons, but we tried to give Arby’s a chance. But I can tell you, I will never ever come back to this place. If Arby’s hired this kind of people to work here with no common sense , respect and over all professionalism, I say go somewhere else, don’t waste your money here.

Single worst arby’s ive ever ordered from, always slow and makes me wait. I have ordered off delivery apps a few times and i never recieve the au jus for my beef and swiss and every drink ive been delivered has been PACKED with ice and barely any drink at all. DO NOT ORDER HERE YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED. 8 dollars for a sandwhich and not even giving me the au jus is insane.

This should be a 4 but the service was amazing so it’s getting 5 stars. I walked in and was immediately helped which is rare for an arby’s then had some coupons that the workers helped me use unlike other arby’s who blow you off. There is a reason this is one of the last standing arby’s in utah and it is because there workers speak english and care about the service. I am impressed i recommend for sure.
