I arrived at 9.37pm tonight and the dinning room was closed, even though the sign says that it closes at 10pm. I then saw a young male employee leaving and he said that the manager closed up early today. I then asked him if I could walk up to the drive through window to order (seeing that the store closed early due to reasons that nobody knows). He went back into the store to ask the manager, and she (the manager) said that they don’t do walkthroughs. I then thanked the young male employee (who apologized to me) and told him that it was not his fault, but was instead his incompetent managers fault. How are slackers like this in management positions? They have no consideration for store policies or customers, and you have lost a loyal customer here. I then walked to the McDonald’s next door (who’s dinning room service was open of course. .

Wish they were open more and it’s hard to tell if the lobby is ever open. The food is generally good though and fresh which is nice and it’s never as crowd as McDonald’s right next door which is weird because that McDonald’s SUCKS! They have a young shift manager at this Arbys who is always so nice and helpful named Jorgen I think. He always makes sure we get what we ordered and makes sure we have enough sauce. I will go back to this location just because he has been so helpful. I usually see him there in afternoon or at night so if you go there make sure ya give a short out to him he’s a good employees I wish all restaurants had more like him. Makes the restaurant experience much better

I have lived near this Arby’s all my life and didn’t have the best experience but I went today and everyone was so great! Paty helped up with getting our coupons together and manager was so nice to help us make sure we had the best experience! Will definitely make this our favorite Arby’s from now on! Thank you!

Arby’s service and food has improved since reopening after Covid. Then they then shortened their store hours due lack of adequate help. They have recently lengthened their hours back up. Which is great to see. We have missed being able to have their roast beef sandwiches and French dip sandwiches. The staff have been courteous and professional. The freshness of the sandwiches, the fries both the crispy and curly have been crisp. The only drawback is that they make few turnovers in the event they have too many to throw away at the end of the night. So they maybe short of inventory of them towards the end of the night, but otherwise they are great. It is wonderful to have them open again.

We normally really enjoy eating here… however this time was honestly pathetic. Started off with not the best customer service but that’s not to big of a deal, everyone has an off day. However the problem came with the actual food itself. Both of our sandwiches had hardly any meat on them. When I say hardly any I mean little to NONE. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I added a photo of it because I also ordered a slider and the slider had more meat on it than the actual chicken sandwich I got!!! Not to mention the majority of it was just breading and not chicken and was so tough I could hardly bite into it. My husband’s beef and cheddar also had hardly any meat. So much for Arbys having the meats, in our experience they had no meat. Extremely disappointed and won’t be going back to that location.

Whoever the guy is that was working through window 12pm MST on 5/31/23 was very abrupt, curt, and bordering on rude. I was in line at the drive thru and my sitter called – so the guy running the window was waiting on me for about 1.5 minutes, but I was the only car at the drive thru window and figured he would hear me once I pulled up so it shouldn’t be a huge issue. Well I was wrong, apparently he was upset, because he was very curt speaking to me. I immediately said “sorry about that wait” silence…”hello anyone there”, finally he answers and takes my order very abruptly. When I got to the window he wouldn’t even look me in the face to serve me. I asked if I could have some Arby’s sauce and he handed me two packets for 3 sandwiches and slammed the window shut and stormed off while I was saying “excuse me may I have…”, I had to wave down someone on the opposite side of the restaurant that was watching the entire thing take place with a look of complete shock on her face, and asked her for some additional Arby’s sauce – she handed me 5! I get that I maybe should have not answered the call while pulling up to the screen to order – but if you’re going to be in food service, you’re going to need to have patience with people like me! Food was decent, no complaints. But if someone in management doesn’t address this guy’s attitude, he’s inevitably going to poison every employee that works there!

Purchased two fish sandwiches and two small fries, one crinkle and one curly. Fish was tough and dry in the middle and inedible around the edges, like had to work to even bite through it inedible. The crinkle fries were cold and stale. If you look at the pics you can see they are so old they’ve started to shrink. Manager offered replacement, why would I want more bad food. Refund would require a second 5.2 mile / 26 minute round trip plus waiting on the service. Gee thanks. I’ll just keep my $10 curly fries and never come back.

Went through the drive through on a Sunday morning. We ordered $15 worth of food, and how it came was not acceptable. The second photo is how the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich came. My girlfriend got a French Dip & Swiss. The bun on her sandwich was stale and very hard, and the aus jus was barely dippable. I’m not the kind of person to complain. I know the restaurant business is a tough one, especially during these uncertain times, but we had to say something to hopefully prevent our experience from happening to other customers. It’s much easier to retain customers than it is to gain new ones, and if you’re having a hard time attracting customers because of a pandemic, I’d think you’d want to wow them so they keep coming back. We went back through the drive thru and asked to speak with the manager on duty. He was very kind to listen and remake the sandwiches. His name is Tristan and he handled the situation with perfection. The first photo is his remake and that’s how a sandwich should look. He took great pride and it is art. Thank you Tristan.

Worst Arby’s ever. I don’t know why I keep trying this Arby’s hoping it will be better. It never is, and most times it is worse then the visit before. This time they forgot an order of curly fries and the one medium order that was in the bag was dried out, tasted stale and the portion size of a small, not a medium. And the serving size of the Mac and cheese is horrible. For about $3.50 you get about 3/4 cup noodles and sauce.

Love everything about this store besides how the manager treats the front counter girl. She’s doing her best and doesn’t deserve the ridicule, have half the mind to absolutely rip into management over their rude treatment.
