I have stopped in here many times. The sandwiches are typical for Arbys. The fries are consistently poor greasy and reheated. This seems to be a ongoing problem at this location. The service is typically good and the place looks clean. Would recommend if in the mood for Arbys.

We came in after my children’s dance practice. Everyone was hungry! Addi was working the register. Greeted us with a smile, took our order, convinced us to get a combo, and some mozzarella sticks! (great sales pitch), and was so sweet! It’s rare to have great customer service these days, especially from teenagers! Food came out quick and CORRECT (winning) and everything was delicious especially being “fast food” 5 stars. The amazing customer service will bring us back!

Previously had given 5 stars because of th4 best service ever but today they had some girl working the drive through window at about 6 pm who was extremely rude! I will never go back Here without calling ahead to see who’s working. Ridiculous all I asked for was a couple sauces and she said she said she can only give one extra as if it was coming out of her own pocket or something and in which case I would gladly pay extra.

We came late but they didn’t say they won’t let you eat in the restaurant until after we placed our order. The young man doing the fries and such seemed to be loading everything 1 fry at a time and finished several other orders at the drive through before even dropping our fries, so then we stood there forever. The other person (allowed to sit in the lobby before we got there) placed an additional order 5 minutes after us and got her order and left well before we got our fries. Then the fry container was only halfway full. So I went back in and the kid just gave me an additional box of fries. Just ridiculous
