This is an Arby’s attached to a truck stop. I came in at almost 1 A.M. February 8. I wasn’t expecting much. This overnight team absolutely blew me away. All of the food was fresh, made to order. Order was perfectly executed. I didn’t have to have them fix anything and both of the guys that helped take the order were super professional. All “yes sir” and “can I get you anything else” and actually meant it. Tables in the lobby were cleaned off too. Can’t ask for much more. This tired trucker says thanks for a warm meal after a long day.

Sat at the counter for about ten minutes, until I asked the manager who was on break if they were even open. In which he grumbled something about already telling the other guy to come take our order. He ended up taking our order himself while complaining about being on break. All was good after that, until I saw my 6 dollar sandwich, that was the size of a mcdouble.

Let me tell you about my visit, pull through the drive-thru to order and the young lady taking my order would not stop interrupting me long enough for me to get my order in. When I got to the window I very politely told her that she needs to stop interrupting people so we could get an order in and I would have ordered more. While explaining this to her she interrupted me again to tell me that she did not interrupt me. Then she was so offended apparently she had to get the manager to give us our order. I was very polite when telling her. This only made things worse.

Garbage employees. Complete garbage. They just toss your food on the counter like it’s trash and barely utter your name… and then look at each other like they can’t wait to leave this hell hole. Total trash employees… they do not give a damn.

I get off work very late and usually go here for dinner between 1am-4am. these two guys working at night are so slow. Have no communication skills. Slam windows and think it’s okay to make me wait 20 minutes when I’m the only care in the drive through. My burgers usually are gross so I have switched to fried food like mozzarella sticks I’m so starving and this is the only place open. Sometimes I’m even scared to ask for sauce because one gives me eye rolls and the other acts like he had no idea what im saying.

Food was good but was not what I ordered. Woman at the counter seemed very inconvenienced by my order and after ordering for each of my family members she would sigh loudly after each order (there were 3 of us) nevermind the 4th order being a side of nacho cheese (earned the largest sigh). Service and courtesy could use work. I’ve stopped at busier places and been treated better and provided better service. Atmosphere was clean.

Worst experience ever. We stopped for dinner on our way home. Waited over 30 minutes for our order with no explanation of why. The manager/supervisor on duty at the time has zero communication skills. They would only say they were waiting on our shakes. Everyone before and after us had come and gone. No explanation at all why it was taking so long for 2 shakes that come out of a machine. It’s not like they’re home made or hand spun. You literally pull a lever and dispense it into a cup.
