The service here can be very slow. I have ordered on line from the parking lot for drive through. A car pulled in just as I completed my order. They ordered at the speaker station. My order went through first. It took ten minutes to get them their food. I got cold sandwiches. Not the only time this has happened.
Greek gyros is tasty and a fair value. Tried the double roast beef; the sandwich was cold; the cheese not melted; the toppings ordered were skimpy; got wicked diarrhea. Arby’s serves fish sandwiches during lent. They are very mild on the fish flavor. I get them once or twice. The Arby’s app is the second worst of all the restaurant apps I have tried to use.

We pulled up right before close (we didn’t realize they were closing that soon) and saw they were putting chairs up and started to leave when Jesus came out and motioned us to come in. Despite us being bad customers and coming before close, Jesus and Gio were very kind to us and didn’t make us feel bad at all. Their service was amazing, quick, and greatly appreciated!!! Not to mention the restaurant was SO clean and the food was delicious!

This location is absolutely filthy inside. There was no air moving on this warm fall day and there were flies all around as well as trash and unclean tables. The manager took my order and accused me of having counterfit coupons (which were sent to me in the mail via the Arby’s headquarters due to this very location!). We ordered the Turkey Gobbler sandwich and both of them were made incorrectly.
The manager took my order, handled cash and then touched food without washing his hands and he had long fingernails.
Arby’s should send an inspection to this location.

I came in through the drive thru around 9-9:10pm and the employees were nice enough. When I pulled up to the speaker I had said I needed a moment to decide and he said if I needed help finding anything to let him know and take my time. When I said “okay I think im ready now, I’ll have…” I said part of my order and paused with zero response so I waited thinking maybe he was just catching up but nearly 2 minutes go by of complete silence so I say hello? And then like 20 seconds later he comes back on giggling and saying sorry for the wait. I gave my order and pulled forward. Other than that the rest of the interactions were friendly and pleasant. When we got our food my boyfriends chicken sandwich seemed like there was only a 1/2 slice of chicken in it and my turkey bacon ranch sandwich only had literally half a slice of cheese, one slice of bacon on one half and a tiny spot of ranch. And the curly fries were Luke warm and tasted like they’d been sitting in the fry dump for a good half hour at least. Boyfriend inhaled his food before we got home so I couldn’t add a pic of his chicken sandwich.

I lost my appetite when I watched my roast beef being cut on a dirty meat slicer. I took a picture of it and captioned for reference. I could see the dried juices and leftover meat on it. They started slicing meat roast beef with it like that. There was no one in the restaurant when I went in and only 2 drive thru orders made while I was there and no reason why I should have had a sandwich made from a nasty meat slicer. The dining room was mopped but tables were not moved and I could see leftover food under the legs of the table. The board of health needs to inspect this place of business. I didn’t feel like pointing these things out to all the young people who worked there cause they didn’t act like they cared about much. One of the employees looked like he was under the influence of something because he was totally spaced. One employee was asking the other employee what he could do, my suggestion is to clean the kitchen equipment.

Set in line 40 mins one car in front of me,27 mins after I put my order in.the excuse was there were only 2 employees working that shift. After I got my order home noticed they didn’t put sauce.
My order was 5 sandwichs!

I had my food delivered. Big mistake to order from this location. Safety seal was destroyed, fries looked like they were from the bottom of the fries from the night before. Only got 1 of my 3 drinks even though it’s on my order receipt. DO NOT blame the Door dash driver driver for this locations lack of competent staff and management. I am a manager at at food place and my staff knows to make sure the driver shows their order to make sure they have it all as well as the right order. Management here should be ashamed.

The employees at this location are always nice, which is rare for drive-thru. I usually don’t leave reviews for big chains, but I feel like the employees should be recognized for how kind they have always been. Make sure to be nice to them, too!
