We have went to this location 3x now and they have been completely out of beef!! We stopped by around 7 pm. Isn’t that dinner time? That’s like McDonalds not having hamburgers…New slogan…they have NO meats….what a joke! Why not just close your doors and stop wasting our time!!! Repairs were being done outside and at the drive up window. The guy manning the order speaker could not hear me. He became very impatient and said, ” Lady just tell me!” The guy collecting $ was nicer but it took 10 minutes to get a drive up order. There were many cars backed up. It was 6 pm.

I come and stop here and ask for a big cup of aus jus along with lots of sandwiches. Because sometimes I can’t eat, and am just in need of good tasting broth. I told them I would pay for it and was told by either an assistant manager or manager I couldn’t get it. If I’m willing to pay for it what’s the problem. If I pay $10 for a large cup of au jus what’s the problem. The regular staff would charge me for equivalent to how many sides. Just thought it would be less wasteful to have all the cups. Kinda mean when someone can’t eat but still buys at least $30 in food and gets scolded by the guy with the huge holes in his ears.
