I enjoyed eating at this location. I ordered a couple of Greek Gyros sandwiches on Pita bread and the sandwiches were well made and delicious!! Pictures below.

It was like I was transported to the past where service was provided and cashiers weren’t having their first conversation ever. Staff was kind and genuine, food was fast inside even with a good drive thru line, and was perfectly normal what-you-should-expect fast-food-quality food.

During a recent visit, my order was not correct and had reached out to customer service. Today I attempted to redeem a coupon I was sent in the mail as a result and the store manager gave multiple BS excuses to not accept the coupon. “It was expired” it in fact is not and nowhere on the coupon is a stated expiration or valid until date. “Good for one sandwich or wrap” it says on the coupon, well the manager says “we don’t even sell wraps here”. Cool, but I ordered a sandwich so why is that relevant. If Arby’s values their customers and want to stay in business, it’s time to clean house at this location. One bad experience after another should not be allowed to continue.

You know how sometimes you drive to a location a longer distance away because it’s better? Well I have found the good Arby’s! My child and I really like the regular and curly fries, plus the chicken nuggets. Lobby is always clean and stocked. Considering I’ve changed a diaper in there I can definitely say the ladies room is clean. We love it!

I like the beef and cheddar. I have always liked it even as a kid so maybe it’s nostalgia, but I like Arby’s. It’s cheap decent not great but still good. Mix your horsey sauce with arby sauce and dip your curly fries in that. Pro move eat in your car so you can choose the music.

Ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches to get all the way home and discover no cheddar was put on either sandwich, as well as no straws. Lastly, I think the soda machine needs to be changed or re-filled because my Dr Pepper was extremely stale and barely tastes like soda at all. I usually have great experiences here just disappointed in my order this time.

I ate inside Arby’s in Lafayette Colorado and went to refill my drink at the soda dispenser, slipped and fell hard on recently mopped tile floors, no signs posted for wet floors.
It took one month to finally get a response from Arbys Corporate. A year later I have medical bills that they say they won’t cover.

Placed order online at 8:16pm for 3 meals. Arrived few minutes later and picked up order after a short wait. Yes, it’s fast food but girl at window performed her duties efficiently and hygienically, with a smile. Cook personally handed food to us and obviously, he took pride in his work. Fish burgers were fantastic, crinkle fries were piping hot, and executed expertly. For little more than $10 for each meal, it’s an awesome deal in these economic climates. We also loved the shakes! Well done and thank you!!
