The drive-thru staff are consistently very upbeat and pleasant. They are very easy to understand over the intercom. The people at the pick-up window are always very cheerful. In my opinion, the staff at this Arby’s is top-notch and far better than other fast food restaurants. The food is always good!

Ordered the advertised special on the sign, which was literally above the employees head, and was given all kinds of excuses when asked why the prices were different. Ended up paying $2 more for a meal then the advertised price but getting nowhere with the employee and no manager really available to address the issue it was no longer worth explaining what the issue was. That being said, because of the poor customer service and lack of addressing the issue I will not revisit this location.
