My daughter is 12 years old and wanted to upgrade her kids drink to a medium and they said they can not upgrade even if you paid for it! Waited in line for 30mins just for a simple order. I would have drove away but they have a curb blocking you so you’re stuck! What a joke!! What a blast!!

Absolutely terrible. What I ordered offer the drive through menu. I didn’t get, and she told me that’s what it was. I was like the number one is the roast beef with the cheese. She came back with him. No, it wasn’t. It wasn’t some brisket. I mean, the meat on the sandwich wasn’t even sliced. The same? I don’t unless it just recently changed their menu. But there was no Harvey sauce on it. Usually there’s arby sauce on the sandwich. The curly fries were half empty.

Service was little bit slow. The food was good. I didn’t particularly care for the white cheese that comes on in the roast beef slider. All the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was clean.

Arby’s has always been out family favorite, but this location is always a ghost town for a reason…. Here are a couple of our visits.
They have a special that includes 2 French Dips for $7. It’s on both the street sign as well as the drive thru menu. We order 2 pairs. They actually got it right this time, understanding that we wanted 4 sandwiches. However, our total was WAY off when we got to the window. After reminding her of the deal on all the signs she adjusted the price and we paid accordingly. Once the food finally arrived I counted them and confirmed everything was there. Upon arriving home we opened our wrappers to find the saddest little sandwiches we had ever seen. This was definitely not a “WE HAVE THE MEAT” moment, for certain it was a “WHERE’S THE BEEF?” moment. As for the au jus, well let’s just say we had to pour all 4 bowls together in order for one of us to be able to use it. The rest were out of luck. Attention store Manager DONT offer the deals if you are just shorting the food to make up for a price break. That’s just wrong.

From 1 to 5 Stars. Since my review 4 years ago you can see @ Bottom. May, 2024 I went thru the line in 3 minutes including a truck infront of me. It was accurate, hot, Fresh & So Good. So Happy to add Arby’s to my rotation of FastFood
I suggest for Owner to restart this Google Maps file & it should go from 3.8 to 4.6+

Waited 48 minutes in Drive thru. Love the Food, but if 3 cars are in the drive thru, you’d be faster to go to Chick-fil-A with 50 cars, No Exaggeration.
