Losing a star because the curly fries looked like they were scraped off the bottom of the deep fryer but the sandwiches were good. The guys working there are very nice & helpful. I hate the music – it’s not needed when people are trying to eat & perhaps have a casual conversation.

The worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Took 10 mins at register to order 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. No special order. Slowest service ever. 2 workers stood and watched 1 worker do everything. Then the got our order wrong after receiving it there was no other customers in restraunt or drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous.

This was THE WORST fast food experience. It was an hour before closing on a weekend and before we could order the drive thru attendant advised that they were out of roast beef and turkey, which is absolutely insane considering they are a roast beef restaurant. We ordered something else, including an Apple turnover. The response was that they were out of turnovers. The staff had a terrible attitude from the very beginning and the tone of his voice made it abundantly clear he did not want to be at work. Turns out he was the “night manager”. When my husband called him out on his attitude it turned into a rage response. This employee was literally yelling at us. It was ridiculous and an embarrassment to the owner of that location. We asked for a refund because at this point we no longer wanted to do business with this establishment and were genuinely concerned what that employee might do to our food.
Interestingly, we noticed that the parking lot was completely empty every time we drove by the rest of the weekend while we were in town.
Would NOT recommend this location, but I suspect they won’t stay in business with employees that behave that way.

Would be zero stars if I could. Floors were sticky ,ketchup station was filthy, tables were dirty. Soda was flat , no tea available, ice machine wasn’t working. Backdoor was wide open with nates and flies everywhere. Hair unrestrained on employees with long hair. 10/10 not coming back

Big fan of Arby’s just for the nostalgia throwback to my childhood. This individual location served the food fresh and with good attitudes from the staff. Dining area was a bit messy, but I can’t really fault the staff for having disgusting patrons. They are definitely not paid enough to clean up after everyone every five seconds. The new mint shake was quite good. Normally shakes are more like concretes and impossible to drink with a straw, this one drank perfectly and tasted about as good as one could hope for.

Tea was bad….fermenting. Been awhile since they’ve made fresh tea; no date or time on the container as to when it was last changed. Somebody’s gonna get sick. The area around the soda/ ketchup/Arbys sauce dispenser hasn’t been detail cleaned in a while. I let the staff know. I’ll give the young lady credit, I heard her tell another employee and she finally came and took the tea out of service. This lack of caring starts at the top.

Food was sub-par, portions were tiny, and price was way to high for what was received. Rude staff, slow response time, and just overall not worth my time or money. I used to love Arby’s, but I won’t waste my money there again.

I am an avid Arby’s guy. Today however, I am pretty upset. I ordered to cups of cheddar (which you have to pay for) and neither one of them was full. I could have emptied them into each other and still would not have half of one if the cups filled.

The store was clean and well kept. No trash and windows are clean. There were no other customers present. My takeout order had all my food but no condiments of any kind. There was no ketchup, no Arby’s sauce, and no horseradish sauce either. The gentleman in the drive-thru only asked about ketchup and I declined that.
It’s always been my experience at Arby’s that you get the Arby’s sauce with every meal. It’s the one thing that always makes the sandwich taste that much better. I’ve never had to ask for it before so this was a first.

Service was decent but my order was wrong. Don’t have time or energy especially with traffic to go back to get it corrected. But when you order beef and cheddar, there should be cheddar especially when you’re paying more for it.
