Ordered a pickup on Uber eats. Gave me crinkle cut fries instead of curly, who the heck goes to Arby’s for crinkle cut? Sandwich was thin and no sauce was in the bag.

Ordered a roast beef slider and the gave me a hockey puck chicken tender the bread is so dry and I couldn’t even pull it apart to put sauce in the sandwich how am I supposed to feed that to my kids the food was dry and nasty Arby’s has gone way downhill

The food was fresh and super delicious because of it! The young lady cashier was so patient with me when using coupons. I visited on August 25th around 8:00 p.m. her excellent customer service really made me notice how patient and capable she was. She should definitely be promoted whoever she was! And the food came out pretty fast for the size of my order.

Thr staff was very nice. Order was handled quick. Food was great and the curly fries were HOT! The only downside was that, when we walked in, we were the only customers but MOST of the tables were dirty. I found one that wasn’t bad, cleared the crumbs from the table, and sat down.

This is my favorite Arby’s location because of Tara and Ashton alone. They make my day every time I see them, they have the best customer service and are so friendly. Food is always made correct and fresh, I recommend this location over all of the rest!

Don’t believe these reviews. This place is nasty. It was nasty 3yrs ago when we found a bug in the food…. Employees are unprofessional and the food is overcooked. Customer services need improvement. Floors are dirty. Place is gross.
