I had a great experience at Arby’s on Little Rd! The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the place was clean. I especially want to mention the manager, Fatima — she was incredibly kind, professional, and truly fit for her position. It’s rare to see a manager who handles everything with such grace and confidence. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The manager Fatima is always so nice and the best gm out there for sure, she always makes sure the food is fresh and on point. This is def the best Arby’s location I have ever been to my whole 56 years of life I definitely recommend.

I love Arby’s but this is disgusting! Both sandwiches look like this. 3 huge pieces of roast beef as thick as lunch meat. Why you would send something out like that? I couldn’t post the pictures on door dash or I would have on there too. Unacceptable!!

Food is hot (usually: at least never cold) and tasty.
We frequently get coupons, which can save some decent money in these high-inflation days.
It’s nice to pick up lunch here, take it to Lake Arlington, and have a picnic in the car. (I can’t walk much due to my disability.)

Saw a picture of meat mountain. It was great. 16.99 for the meal. Finished it and still had the fries. You have to try it at least once or share it with someone special. I let my someone special watch me eat it, while she ate her small sandwich.

Again had a great experience, some items were missed at drive thru ordering, but Sarah took care of it at the window, and made it a very pleasant experience instead of a frustration! Great job!!!

I got a late dinner about 9 or 9:30 and I am upset the gave me cold/old fries I understand that it’s relatively late, but really? That’s why I love Arby’s and look forward to. I got a classic roast beeef meal at least my sandwich is hot.

The food was good , the manager , and cook were we’re great and very proficient at doing their job. The store was super busy, drive-thru and inside, they were the only two working. There was a little bit of a wait, but since I went inside and was able to see there was only two of them and how hard they were working. I had no problem waiting on my food that was hot and fresh.
